If we did this to a POTUS, we can sure do it to Justice.
They should be held accountable for perjury, but what happens then, Obama will name someone worse than Sotomayor. I also hate to the the left respond with future impeachment of good judges just to politicize the court even futher. Our goal has to be to elect conservatives to congress and then to the presidency to make sure we keep that 5-4 balance. Also, it would be nice to see some ‘stones’ from our current elected officials to actually fight this current disaster of a nominee.

Just another example of the liberal philosophy of “the ends justify the means”. They will say and do anything in order to further their agenda. Liberals are more than willing to lie and other liberals will willingly accept lies if the purpose of the lies fits into their agenda.
A democrat nominee with a record of judicial activism and a clear unconstitutional bent stays mum & receives mention in the press only for her sense of humor and is waved through by the GOP.
Something is terribly wrong here.
