One sign of a mentally unhinged national leader is his constant misunderstanding of the levers of power. Stalin used census-takers to measure how effectively he had ethnically cleaned parts of the Soviet population . . . and then executed the census workers.
When Venezuelan nut-job Hugo Chavez orders his national oil company to provide houses, hospitals and schools it is only an affirmation that nothing in the Venezuelan government works . . . except for Hugo's mouth.
Then comes NASA Administrator Charles Bolden. In an interview with anti-American Al Jazeera, Mr. Bolden stated that President Obama had made clear that Bolden's foremost mission as head of NASA must be to use NASA to improve relations with the Muslim World.
Beyond being a colossal waste of time and money, any effort to use our space exploration to improve relations with the Muslim World is doomed to failure. After all, astrophysics is dominated by Jews, and thus is a constant reminder that Allah works in unfathomable ways.
What other parts of the Executive Branch have such odd marching orders?
Department of State -- tasked with protecting persecuted Muslim populations, whether they be in Palestine or in Dearborn, Michigan.
Department of Justice -- tasked with ensuring the equality of law under Sharia.
EPA -- tasked with cleaning up waste and ensuring that the environment . . just kidding. Task: Muslim outreach.
I'm glad that our taxpayer money is being used in order to reach out to people who hate us. Luckily, America has no debt or unemployment to worry about, and can focus on worldwide community organizing. One question: how do our friends in Saudi Arabia reach out to us? Oh yes, with airline bombers and mega-mosques...

Fifty years from now (actually, much less) people will look back at us and ask "Couldn't they see? The Muslims had taken over the US government and were moving swiftly, and successfully, to destroy the USA from within -- why didn't the people see that this was happening??"
