Of course. In Chicago .. dead people vote every time.

Deputy Asst. Attorney General, Julie Fernandez .. supervises the voting section in the DOJ. I suspect we'll be hearing that name again, somehow.

I always find it ironic that liberals go on about the safety of the voting machines when they are the party of massive voter fraud. are they just worried that someone might change the votes of their fraudulent and fictitious votes?

Barack 0bama is running a corrupt, racist, oppressive regime that cares nothing for justice or the rule of law.

He is the Anti-MLK.

Who wants to bet the New York Times and the Washington Post won’t cover this?

The DOJ whistleblower is blowing as hard as he can, but it seems only Fox News can hear. Very odd.

BO’s/BS’s House of Cards is starting to crumble between the increasing drum beat for him to be removed from office for illegally holding office, The DOJ being exposed for dropping the case against the New Black Panther Party and now this allegation.

It's a one, two punch. Get the NBPP, ACORN and/or SEIU thugs to drive off the Republican poll watchers, then you're free to vote the dead.

Obama and Holder just set the conditions -- no enforcement of voting rights violations by blacks (really against anyone on their side partisanly "purifying" those precincts where the fraud is concentrated) -- and the rest of the strategy pretty much works itself out according to time honored Democrat tradition.

Fernandez, political appointee

Politicizing The Law

Excerpt:

Meanwhile, the forced dismissal of the New Black Panther case turned out to be just the beginning of the misery heaped on Coates. According to multiple sources at Justice, King and the political appointees who came in soon after Obama’s inauguration — particularly Julie Fernandez, an ideological firebrand and former lawyer for the Leadership Conference for Civil Rights — put severe restrictions on Coates almost as soon as they arrived and began micromanaging all of his work.

The new political apparatchiks stripped Coates of virtually all discretionary authority, delegated responsibility for most decisions to more “results-oriented” underlings in the Voting Section, and rendered him a virtual figurehead.

If it’s a mandate, somebody mandated it.

Great post. Invaluable information. Thanks.

Where the H&LL is GOP Leadership on this?

Are they just play acting opposition, like Juan, and really are mere puppets playing a noninterference acting role?

The recent testimony reveals what many of us knew soon after Obama was nominated. He is a Fraud and a racist. His administration is a criminal enterprise designed to cause our loss of sovereignty and make us communists. He is un-American and beholden to outsiders. It is time to contact Congress to begin impeachment proceedings or whatever it takes to make him resign and all his policies rescinded.

Those who aided his treasonous usurpation must be tried and punished, including those from other nations.

Welcome. Yes .. where are they? They need to
have a credible, media savvy warrior in each
area out in front of mics every single day.
I know we get depressed, and surely they get so
discouraged .. but they need to FIGHT for this
country and show some big muscle and spine.

And let’s not forget the wonderful policy of using Muslim technology to send a rocket into space. Or was that, let’s give the Muslims technology to send a rocket into space and after that to drop a nuclear bomb on top of us?

Is this impeachable? Or merely insane, and insanely stupid?

I agree 100%. I really don’t think it’s a matter of muscle, spine or courage. It’s a matter of what team you are playing on: Corporate Corruption Team, SOROS Corruption Team, Mafia Corruption Team, Commie Subversive Corruption Team, or US Constitution My Republic Until Death Team?

Naturally the Democrats are against this as dead voters that remain on the rolls give them a huge pool of possible fraudulent ballots to engineer.

If someone is still on the registration rolls, they’re not really ineligible to vote, are they? Dead or otherwise?
