Dated Feb 17, 1964. Why is the date significant?
It fits in with the time line for the Obama Sr./Stanley Ann Dunham divorce proceedings from Jan 20-March 20, 1964. The judge must know who parents are before he awards child support/custody and that is disclosed by a birth certificate.
Just so happens these divorce papers skip page 11 with a missing page in back, which would have been said birth certificate:

This registered birth certificate copy has been presented in court under oath. It has real stamps and signatures of real people. In addition we have excellent PROVENANCE of it being filed and requested in a previous court proceeding LONG BEFORE THE ISSUE OF OBAMA’S NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP.
There is no provenance of any document presented by Obama in court or otherwise. No birth certificate; not even his online short form has been filed with evidentiary certificate under oath in any court proceeding. Which is because it’s a forgery.
That’s the great thing about COMMON SENSE and DEDUCTION, you don’t have to be document analysis expert to know what document is a forgery.
No evidence is getting to court because Zero’s top law firms are getting cases dismissed on political question, standing, jurisdiction — nothing on the merits.
And thus far, you need comparative (expensive) counsel to go against such MASSIVE legal muscle, and Barry’s lead counsel under direction of Robert Bauer from Perkins Coie has been on this for quite some time. A part time lawyer and dentist, such as Taitz for example, with limited financial resources, staff, is no match.
WND, etc can say whatever they want, it should be mentioned, in the past few years concerning this issue, tidbits were found and posted here on FreeRepublic, usually months to a week before WND even posted the headlines. (Though they did come ahead with the former senior elections clerk in Hawaii, Tim Adams; I never noticed anything posted here beforehand.)

Another not so disclosed were the missionaries who witnessed the pregnant white girl named Stanley (would you remember?) being denied boarding on a return flight to the U.S.
Moreover, copies of the obtained birth certificate copy were manipulated and posted all over the web by the merchants of chaos at the dummycrat underground,etc. and it was falsely reported that said document was a forgery using a template on another site..until archived records revealed the website had been just recently created for the diversion.
My experiences are there are active legal brats, minions, etc directed from ultimately the White House to murky up the internet powerhouse of information. Zero has already mentioned in public he was born in Kenya when he was Senator and years before, there are witnesses who signed affidavits presented in court. And there is most certainly evidence found that is withheld to avoid compromise of sources, etc. As far as Obama Sr.’s mother’s testimony, I’m not sure.
It would seem however that Zero is an undocumented illegal. Sounds amazing, but that’s what it appears from what the former HI elections clerk stated about no record for Barry; no prima facie evidence, an incomplete or late filing. Phil Berg, who brought the first lawsuit, stated Obama never had an American passport before getting the diplomatic one as Senator. More of that Chi-town corruption?
True, but it is unclear whether that first marriage had the force of law. It may have been just a tribal ceremony not recognized by the authorities.
•Fact 2: In the United States, being married to two women at the same time is illegal. It is the crime of bigamy.
But only if the first marriage was legally binding, which we do not know to be the case.
On the other hand, if Obama Sr.'s first marrage was in fact legally binding, then little Barry would have been a US citizen at birth even if born in Kenya. In that case his mother's marriage to his father would be invalid, making her a single mother and allowing her to pass on her citizenship to him if he were born abroad.
•Fact 3: In 1961 someone placed a birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser newspaper declaring the birth of a son to “Mr. and Mrs.” Barack Obama (Sr).
That "someone" was the Hawaii Department of Health, as the top of the page clearly indicates.
•Fact 4: Stanley Ann Dunham (Barack Jr’s mother) claims to have been married to Barack Obama Sr. at that time. Barack Obama Jr. also claims that his parents were married and later divorced.
That they were divorced is a matter of public record..
•1. Did Barack Obama Sr. inform Stanley Ann Dunham of his concurrent marriage to the woman in Africa? (If not, he committed fraud as well as bigamy.)
The evidence suggests he informed her some time after they were married, which in turn prompted her to leave for Seattle.
•2. Did Stanley Ann Dunham marry Barack Obama Sr. knowing he was already married to another woman? (If so, they were both fraudulent.)
The evidence suggests not.
•3. Did Stanley Ann’s parents know about the first wife and approve of the marriage of their daughter to an already married man? (If so, they were involved in fraud too.)
By all accounts, SAD's parents did not approve of the marriage. That's why they weren't invited to the ceremony and why the young couple found it necessary to elope to Maui.

Of course. Why would they bother getting divorced if they were never married?
If not, the placement of the birth announcement of “their son” in the Honolulu Advertiser was fraudulent—unless, of course, the “Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama (Sr)” was referring to Mr. Obama and his first wife, in which case, Barack Obama Jr. is not really Stanley Ann Dunham’s child.

You have presented no evidence to suggest there was any fraud involved in the reporting of his birth. All you have presented is evidence that Obama Sr. may have defrauded Hawaii and SAD and comitted bigamy.
Unfortunately, the question of whether Bambi's father committed bigamy or not is irrelevant to eligbility.
If so, that may explain his reluctance to come forward with details about it and his propensity to hide the truth whenever anyone questions his background.
I have a simpler explanation. He's already come forward with enough documentation to prove he's eligible for the presidency. He doesn't produce any more because the conspiracy theories inspired by his secrecy amuse him and help him politically.
Obviously. Yet some birthers fail to realize this, claiming that while there is proof of the divorce, there's no proof of a marriage. I have yet to hear a plausible reason why a couple who isn't married would bother going through the hasstle, pain and expense of a divorce.
Perhaps, Stanley found out that Obama SR had other wives in another country and wanted out of the marriage.
The evidence suggests that's what happened. Friends of hers from Seattle are quoted as saying she was very upset about this during the time whe was in Seattle months after little Barry's birth.

The Soetoro Divorce shows the parties of the marriage having two (2) children, one under the age of eighteen (18) and one over the age of eighteen (18) (Soetoro/Obama) who was a full time student.

In divorces, you do not name a child as the child of the parents, like in the Soetoro Divorce, unless the child is legally the child of the divorcing parents.
In otherwords, if Lolo Soetoro was only a step-parent with no legal ties to Soetoro/Obama, then Soetoro/Obama would have never been named in the Soetoro Divorce.
