BREAKING: Multiple Ranches in Laredo Texas Taken Over By Los Zetas (HOAX)
TheCypressTimes.com ^ | 07/24/2010 | Digger

Posted on 07/24/2010 8:46:47 AM PDT by Patriot1259

... The ranches are said to be "near Mines Rd. and Minerales Rd. about 10 miles NW of I-35".

Whether it is lone members or squads is not certain.

Anonymous sources in law enforcement in the Laredo area tonight have passed on word that US law enforcement agencies are in the area and are weighing their options regarding the ranches. The media has been silent on this incident and some law enforcement in the area says that they are furious that the media is not reporting the whole story of the continued violence along the border. Their frustrations are understandable because keeping the truth suppressed continues to hamper law enforcement from receiving the true support they need along the border.

The ranch assaults come on the heals of attacks in Nuevo Laredo that shut the city down as a gun-battle raged in the streets. Los Zetas blocked off intersections with vehicles and used fragmentation grenades to attack Mexican law enforcement. In the end 12 were killed and 21 injured in the assaults. Citizens in the area were told to stay in their homes and bullets whizzed all around. ...

I’m sure Rome had the same reaction when the Barbarians started to encroach upon Imperial territory. Easier to do nothing than to react.

“Laredo police spokesman Joe Baeza deflected the concerns of citizens with what I see as utter contempt. He said there was no spillover violence onto the US side and “We were getting reports from people who live on the river’s edge that they could hear gunfire and explosions from the Mexico side,” Baeza said, “We didn’t have any incidents on the American side. It’s hard for people to understand who don’t live here ... They’re not Vikings, they’re not going to invade us, it doesn’t work that way.”

You’re right @sshole, they’re NOT Vikings. They’re friggin illegal aliens you moron, and the’ve been invading us for years, and now they’re taking over American ranches. Are you going to still be in denial when they take your house?

Time to bring out the choppers & tanks. Fry these bastards.

If these criminals take over an area it just makes the target easier to hit.

Won’t happen as long as we’ve got a guy occupying (literally) the White House who supports the Muslim agenda (as he told the Egyptian ambassador) - which seems to be destroying the US and Israel (along with worldwide Sharia, which Elena Kagan seems to also support).

This is a full-out takeover.

Brewer needs to act first and apologize later.

People living in the border areas should start organizing for self help. In addition to the Mexican invaders the border residents will have to face the Federal government as an additional enemy. It would probaly be best to hit the invaders at night then fade away before the Federal employees arrive to help the Mexican invaders.

Oct 25, 2009 American Patrol Report: Savage Zetas, descendants of the Aztecs, known for beheading and dismembering their enemies, are integrating their primitive savagery into the US. In his groundbreaking book, Wakeup Call from Mexico, Wilson Beck describes how the dark side of Mexico stretches back to the days of the Aztecs when hundreds of thousands of people were sacrificed, and eaten, each year. He says today many young men in Mexico are enamored with the idea of being descendants of the Aztecs.

Now, according to the Houston Chronicle, the brutal savage Zetas, known for beheading and dismembering their enemies, are tightening their grip on an area bordering Southern Texas in coordination with drug cartels running rampant on US soil.

===========================================

Violence from Mexico keeps increasing into the US. AMERICANS DEMAND TO KNOW who is protecting the safety and security of US taxpaying citizens? Why is our Congress not protecting us? Will American candidates for political office start getting assassinated?

CONTACT YOUR REPS United States intelligence agencies are aware of, and have briefed the US govt, on these threats. We have yet to see the US government act to protect its citizens from the savagery of these illegals. Americans are being betrayed by a government that refuses to protect them.

Ask your reps why Mexicans and other Third Worlders are being protected by two govts-----their homeland govts AND the US govt? Why are Americans being betrayed by a govt that will not protect its citizens?

Agents feared Mexican drug cartel attack on border dam
Houston Chronicle ^ | 06/03/10 | DANE SCHILLER and JAMES PINKERTON
FR Posted by AtlasStalled

An alleged plot by a Mexican drug cartel to blow up a dam along the Texas border — and unleash billions of gallons of water into a region with millions of civilians — sent American police, federal agents and disaster officials secretly scrambling last month to thwart such an attack, authorities confirmed Wednesday. Whether or not the cartel, which is known to have stolen bulk quantities of gunpowder and dynamite, could have taken down the 5-mile-long Falcon Dam may never be known since the attack never came to pass. It may have been derailed by a stepped-up presence by the Mexican military, which was acting in part on intelligence from the U.S. government, sources said.

The warning, which swung officials into action, was based on what the federal government contends were “serious and reliable sources” and prompted the Department of Homeland Security to sound the alarm to first responders along the South Texas-Mexico border. Mexico's Zeta cartel was planning to destroy the dam not to terrorize civilians, but to get back at its rival and former ally, the Gulf cartel, which controls smuggling routes from the reservoir to the Gulf of Mexico, said Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez, head of the Southwest Border Sheriff's Coalition, as did others familiar with the alleged plot.

But in the process, massive amounts of agricultural land would stand to be flooded as well as significant parts of a region where about 4 million people live along both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. (Excerpt) Read more at chron.com

The price of accommodating Mexico (unholy alliance with drug cartels)
WND | Tom Tancredo / FR Posted June 12, 2010 by AuntB

The Mexican government continues to oppose enhanced US border security while Mexican cartels smuggle thousands of criminals and terrorists into the United States. The Obama administration continues to tolerate this national-security nightmare out of fear of offending the Mexican government and its allies in the National Council of La Raza.

Mexico's opposition to border security is rooted in the flow of money back to Mexico from the 20-30 million Mexican citizens working in the United States...over $25 billion in 2007 (as much as $50 billion in later years) – has led the Mexican government into an unholy partnership with the drug cartels. Both want open borders, and paint the American concern for border security as racist and "anti-Mexican."

What most Americans do not understand is the drug cartels control both drug smuggling and human trafficking ; they work for the cartels, and the cartels set the prices and make the rules.

Also smuggled across the border by the same networks, individuals from Brazil, Egypt and Nigeria who pay $5,000 to $10,000 each. The terrorist organization Hezbollah is operating in Mexico and Latin America and is paying the drug cartels big bucks to get its agents into the United States. "High value" individuals from Pakistan, Yemen, Iran and Afghanistan pay from $20,000-$50,000 to Mexican cartels to get into the United States.

If 15,000 to 25,000 individuals from terrorist-friendly countries are coming across our borders successfully each year, that means that since Sept. 11, 2001, most likely over 200,000 such individuals from terrorist-friendly countries have crossed our southwest border and are now residing in our communities.

Last year, 200 agents were moved from the Tucson Sector to the Canadian border, and Obama is planning to reduce total manpower in the Border Patrol by 2,000 in the coming year. (Excerpt) Read more at wnd.com .........

If true...

Yes, there's always that part to consider. The rumor being reported here is 4th-hand at best. "If true" is an excellent thing to keep in mind.

Maybe this is happening, but it makes no sense. What is a drug gang going to do with a ranch on the American side of the border? They’d be sitting ducks whenever any local, state or federal law enforcement agency decided to move in on them.

There was a story a few weeks back about drug gangs “emptying out border towns” on the Mexican side and occupying them. That made no sense either, for the same reason. Most thugs want to mix in with the innocent population, not to run them out of town. - Haven’t heard any more on that particular story line.

I know we the border is a lawless area, but some of this makes no sense from the drug gang point-of-view.

Here in the Pac NW, our forests and parks have been TAKEN over by these Mexican cartels. Last summer they were patrolling country roads ‘protecting their territory’ from rival cartels...800 miles from the flippin’ border!

Would you care to elaborate on that claim? I live in the PNW, and I am not aware of anything like that. You said they have TAKEN over? Please elaborate.

If true, it was bound to happen sooner or later with the amount of traffic and guns coming in. These dudes need a slappin’ but the Feds aren’t going to do it, so the states will have to take matters into their own hands......

We could try starting a rumour that the're actually Branch Davidians.

“”I have the feeling they aren’t prepared to play by these guys’ rules.””

According to the police chief just the day before - it wasn’t going to happen! I would have thought ranchers would have been ready with their own weapons/ammo and calling all their neighbors. Or does that only happen in movies?

Guess we can all grow old waiting for the media to pick this up.

Isn’t the Pacific Northwest a lot more than 800 miles from the border?

I wonder what the Obama response will be?:

“These people are just looking for a better life”

“Let’s not jump to conclusions”

“This is a civil rights issue for these drug cartels”

“President Calderon has assured me this is not happening”

“I will invited the Cartels to the WH for a beer summit”
