The title says it all.
I just got an iPhone 4 today (I broke the screen on my iPhone 3G, and have business to take care of RIGHT NOW).
I’m in Michigan right now, and the AT&T cell-phone reception in the hollow where my family house resides is as horrible as ever - but it is horrible for Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint as well.
I find I don’t hold my iPhone 4 with the death grip, because the thing is so thin, fingertips seem to suffice to keep ahold of it. The thing is sweet, though - super thin, very precise, and full of amazing features.
And here’s something to consider: once you set up a FaceTime call (initiating over the AT&T network), then later you can go directly to a FaceTime call if both you and the person you’re calling are just available on WiFi. While I didn’t know you could do this, this is exactly what I did with my buddy when I got into my parents house where there is no cellphone signal whatsoever.
So right now, I’m a happy iPhone 4 customer. I was prepared to be grouchy about it, too! Really!
