Number 1: He is hiding exactly what you feel he is hiding.

Number 2: He isn't hiding what you think he is hiding, but is hiding something else, more personally damning, but not the smoking gun you seek.

Number 3: He isn't really hiding anything, but at least all the hard right which could be busy actually stopping him and informing the public about the real aims of his policies is distracted with chasing this Snipe.

How in the world do YOU know how I feel???

Please get off your rocker and stop playing Psychic here!!!

OK, three replies. Let me take them one at a time please.

First, the Sarah Palin reply. That is not an indulgent post or vanity. It too is a reply. A reply to the post where some troll suggested that Sarah say to me that I lack Cojones.

So, I replied with two parts. First, that it would be silly for her to say this about me, since we are both female. Second, it would be unlikely that she would respond to me in such language because we have spoken and I am a known person to her.

It is not a random vanity, but a direct and refuting post to someone else’s insulting remark.

Further clarifying it: I have met every single Republican, and a few Democrats, who has ever vied for the office of the Presidency since Reagan! Although I was only 3 at that time. How and why? In case you are of doubtful dispensation.

I live in Iowa. Home of the first in the nation caucus. My father is a former Republican party official and a very large donor. If you and your wife would choose to make a maximum donation for the general and the primary and likewise ask half a dozen or so of your business partners and friends to do the same. You could bundle a $50,000+ contribution and you too could have lunch and drinks with about anyone you so wished. It is not hard to understand.

Now, you posed what I think was a question. Although your typos left out a verb or such.

Were you asking if I owned a firearm? I am not sure what that has to do with anything, but yes. I do. I own two myself and of course was raised in the country around all types.

I own a Colt M1911 model A1 .45 APC and it’s smaller 9mm .380 auto the Colt Mark IV. The 1911 is my favorite small arms weapon of all time. Second, is my Father’s original M1921 Thompson. Those babies are just sweeeeeet.

Now, if you’d care, you can look over my posting history and search for these terms, as you will find me on MANY of the firearms threads and law enforcement threads as well.

See you on reply #2.

If Obama was born in the USA, then he could not lose his citizenship by living in Indonesia, nor could his parents make any decisions that would cost him his citizenship. Nothing they did would cost him citizenship, and re-entering the USA on an Indonesian passport would not cost him his US citizenship.

And the courts have frequently used native born and natural born as synonyms...so yes, Obama would still be eligible to be President.

As I pointed out previously, the Supreme Court has already said, "“Appellant, who was born in Germany, came to this country with her parents as a child and acquired derivative American citizenship. She lived abroad since graduation from college, became married to a German national, and, except for two visits back to this country, has lived in Germany for the past eight years. The State Department denied her a passport, certifying that she had lost her American citizenship under § 352(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, which provides that a naturalized citizen, with exceptions not material here, loses citizenship by continuous residence for three years in the country of origin.... ...A native-born citizen is free to reside abroad indefinitely without suffering loss of citizenship. The discrimination aimed at naturalized citizens drastically limits their rights to live and work abroad in a way that other citizens may. It creates indeed a second-class citizenship. Living abroad, whether the citizen be naturalized or native born, is no badge of lack of allegiance, and in no way evidences a voluntary renunciation of nationality and allegiance. It may indeed be compelled by family, business, or other legitimate reasons."

You have taken the passage in Romans out of context. While it is true that Homosexuality, along with other abuses, such as adultery, and fornication are included in the terms “Sexual Immorality”, that is but one.... ONE... of 24 other sins.

It was these OTHER sins that I bolded, and directed towards the unrighteousness,... wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient..., undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful behaviors of SOME of the posters on this topic when discussing the issues among those with other points of view.

It has and had nothing to do with sex. It has everything to do with ALL the others. Those are the wicked behaviors being brought out against fellow brethren, sisters, and FRiends, just because we think some of you are a little naive in the pursuit of this birther nonsense.

That is a reasonable position, and demands a calm, rational and reasonable response. And I pointed out, that any such insulting, harassing, and uncharitable responses were due to the selfish hardening of one’s heart. Nothing more or less.

Now, Dr, Kennedy. You attend his church? I did twice actually. Once in 2004 when visiting my cousin who lives a block off the beach, and then again after Dr Kennedy had passed in 2008.

While I am not a supporter of the Dominion Doctrine, I never the less has profound respect for and a sincere belief in his salvation. As a Dispensationalist, I am more a follower of Chuck Swindoll, Chuck Smith and Chuck Missler.

I hope this clears that up.

Consider:

“The Department has a uniform administrative standard of evidence based on the premise that U.S. citizens intend to retain United States citizenship when they obtain naturalization in a foreign state, subscribe to a declaration of allegiance to a foreign state, serve in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or accept non-policy level employment with a foreign government.”

OK, #3.

Please. Can you lose the drama and stay on the topic? If you think I have one of the issues presented incorrectly or unclearly, please, just restate it, I am not trying to play games, but come to a clear defining element of fact between us on this issue.

I said: There are only 3 possible reasons for Obama to hide every record and these are the 3 of which I can see. If you have a 4th or think of a better way to say these 3 so be it. Just do so polity and the dialog will continue.

1> He is hiding exactly what you feel he is hiding. He is NOT an American.

2> He is hiding bad stuff, but its not his status as NB. It’s just something else. Likely not as damaging.

3> He isn’t hiding anything significant at all, and is just making sure you are wasting your time so he can more easily destroy America while you chase rabbits.

Now, is there ANYTHING controversial about this? Those ARE the 3 major possibilities? Right?

Most of you think it is #1... I think it is NOT #1 and is more likely #3 or maybe some of #2.

That’s ALL. Just a simple, straight forward, logical, difference of opinion to which, reasonable people should be able to have discourse.

So why all the posturing? Why the insults? Why not REASON?

Why?

Well... here goes... I have a theory... as does most of the rest of the public.

When we try an be reasonable and have just a normal discussion on the various possibilities, those who believe it is #1 and further believe that a vast conspiracy is preventing the truth from coming out, have painted themselves into a corner to which logic can no longer reach.

Meaning, if you believe that #1 and only #1 are possible, and you further believe that anyone who suggests other possibilities is a co-conspirator as part of #1... you have lost the ability to reason.

It makes even entertaining #2 and #3 treasonous acts. Do you see this? It is a self perpetuated catch 22. A logic causality loop.

All, I want. All most of your fellow FRiends seek, is a respectful and honest exchange of the ideas that MAYBE... just MAYBE... there is LESS importance to this issue than is met at first passing.

I call that, the dialog... the exchange of ideas... sane.

I call the closed minded, uber defensive refusal to discuss, the use of pejorative sexual insults, and the continuous belittling personal attacks.... INSANE.

I am calling for a complete and full disclosure of his records also. I am just suggesting that you will be disappointed to find nothing as significant as you hope. But I do believe that all those who seek public trust of office should be transparent. I just choose not to make a mockery of the process or imagine in vain what may or may not be the case.

“As a Dispensationalist, I am more a follower of Chuck Swindoll, Chuck Smith”

My wife support Swindoll and loves Chuck Smith from her time at graduate school in Sacramento.
Dr. Kennedy built CRPC out of a congregation of 17 members by implementing the Evangelin Explosion (E.E.) very successful, expanding it world wide. We would event see his telecast on TV during our stays in Scandinavia, where we got married!

One sermon stuck with me when preaching on abortion, where he many times said: “And 300,000 pulpits in America was/is SILENT,” with strong emphasis!!

After his passing Billy Graham’s grandson came with his warehouse congregation and chased away the elderly members who were the pillars (financially) of the church!!!

So somewhere there seems to be a common ground, regardless your opposing our “naive” Constitutional philosophy?

I wish this young man was running in my district, unfortunately Kendrick Meet “occupying that seat inherited after mom Carrier. I would have no qualms voting for this Christian, who like us is for the Constitution!

When they took out bibles and ten commandments in our school everything went down hill!!

You hypocritically insults me and other Constitutionalists FReeper FRiends when calling us by a derogatory name "Birthers" which we are far from. The B.C. is totally irrelevant to his NBC status which the lib media uses generously as well you do too, and you know it if you are honest with yourself???

Did you read post # 632, a document, - if authentic - dated Aug. 27, 1967?

Why would they ask for the child’s status, if he not what you claim he is??

Would it NOT show that your dear leader in the W.H. has some questionable background, that we have the right to know of a person (an usurper) who want to lead you and me, huh???

It certainly seems very strange and odd to me and NOT conspiratorial!!!

Just read post 632...sounds like they knew nothing about the child. Nothing. So they ask what is his citizenship, where is he residing (at that point, Lolo is in Indonesia and Ann is in Hawaii), and if he is the applicant’s child - although I don’t know what the statue they reference would imply.

If they don’t know where Barry was living, they obviously didn’t know squat about him.

And in any case, the parent’s actions cannot cause him to lose US citizenship. That is true of native born and naturalized, and I’ve cited cases for both on this thread.

Actually no. I didn't see it that way. I dealt with the Truthers in the Ron Paul forums, and believed this to be the same type of dynamic.

I really do not know what other name to use for a group of folks who think any of these three things. So if you have a club name, or REFUSE ANY name, just let me know and I will adjust accordingly.

But, in general there are those who believe one of more of the following:

1. BHO was NOT born in the USA.

2. He may have been born in the USA but by other legal means, his status still makes him ineligible for the presidency.

3. If we find proof of 1 or 2, then he will be NULL and VOID and all his deeds will be as if they never happened.

So tell me... do I have those 3 things close enough?

Because I reject all 3. And I especially reject #3. Even if #1 or #2 are proven, I do not believe the result will be an UNDOING, perhaps not even an ENDING of doing more. I believe some twist of legal proceedure will validate his standing, in so much that Abortion was validated and Homosexuality is about to be validated and Illegal Immigration is de facto validated.

Thus, I believe this is all a rabbit chase. A tilting at windmills. A red herring of our own doing.

I believe we should be focused on what precious few legal and legitimate venues to recourse still avail themselves before they are all lost.

I look forward to hearing a different opinion on this matter.

Respectfully submitted,

There is GREAT common ground and my view of the Constitution is the same as yours.

Our views differ in the tactics of war. Your tactic of pursuit of the "A Bomb" in his eligibility status, and my view to win this war on the ground and in the air with troops and planes.

What really matters is this: Are we in the early stages of the European Theater or the later stages of the Pacific Theater?

And of course, most importantly, IS there an "A Bomb" at all?

You believe there is. I don't. In this analogy if you are wrong we lose the war. If I am wrong, we can still win it the old fashioned hard way: One island at a time.

When they took out bibles and ten commandments in our school everything went down hill!!

The genesis for this is far older than THAT act. That was ONE "bridge out" ahead sign we passed.

Wilson and the Income Tax and 17th Amendment were the dynamite which blew up the bridge.

There are three elements to his qualifications.

1. As a voter, I believe presidential candidates should produce all of their passport, school, military, and medical records for our consideration. 2. He should have been made to produce his birth certificate to the secretarys of state to show that he was born in the US. BTW, I believe the congressional resolution on McCain holds no constitutional water. I think it could be argued that the off-base born children of military stationed out-of-country should be considered natural born. But that's for a court to decide.

3. The supreme court must deal with the issue of Natural Born Citizen.

When all three of these are done in an open, thorough, and fair fashion, then I will abide by the conclusions.

All very fair statements and demands.

And I agree with EVERYONE OF THEM.

Now, here is the nub.

Since NONE of that did happen, what NOW?

Two choices.... Press on, relentlessly and agressively using every available resource fighting the fight to the end....

Or...

Taking the loss. Understanding WHY no one did those things and why we aren’t going to see it happen now and using our every available resource, elect the kind of people who will Actually MAKE a difference, stand up to him, repeal his acts and restore our Nation!

That is the difference between us. I am a realist and pragmatist and I do not believe every fight needs to be the Alamo.

Sometimes the fight needs to be the Philippines or Dunkirk and you need to get the hell out of a losing fight and regroup!!

Shake your fist and shout “I shall return” and when you do, bring 71% of the vote with you like just happened to ObamaCare in Missouri last night! And like what MAY happen in November if we are not wasting our time on this ghost chasing!

That’s my belief. Better and more effective things to do than chase after a snipe that if caught won’t matter to any material effect anyway.

I mean really..

Do you think that if everything you hoped to find was true, that Kagan or Sotomayer will just step down and say “oh I guess we weren’t lawfully confirmed?

Really?

Do you have that expectation?

Let me ask you this... what is the risk that the other judges, actually vote to UPHOLD their appointment?

Do you not know the court has invented ALL manner of evil before?

Abortion? Segregation? Eminent Domain?

Would you rather just beat him at his game or risk getting him VALIDATED UNDER LAW?

For a bunch of seemingly intense conspiracy types you sure do place a LOT of faith in our courts.... why? They haven’t agreed to even HEAR one of these cases in two years.

This page could be genuine, an actual copy of an actual entry in the actual file. HOWEVER:

It also looks suspiciously like someone bent over backward to create something that would verify that

— the child of Stanley Ann is a United States citizen,

— his birth took place Aug. 4, 1961,

— in Honolulu,

— and that those statements were both verified and entered into an official file back when government employees who had never heard of proportional-spaced fonts typed everything on worn-out typewriters with “L” keys that didn’t work properly.

How convenient is that? One little paragraph that addresses all the so-called “birther” questions.

Just a little fishy to me.

FISHY? IT ABSOLUTELY REEKS! IMO.

I agree. Far far too convenient a find. I am not a sceptic by any means, but this is an over the top, total hearsay, magic bullet stopper if there ever was one.

My real question is this: Did you seriously not think that after two years they wouldn't come up with something like this?

I mean, if everything you say is true, they have far too much to risk in ever letting you win.

You'd have to expect to get cheated by something like this. Which is exactly why I haven't bothered with their game of chase the rabbit. I know it's a rigged game.

I work to get our people elected. People like Steve King, Michelle Bachmann, Rand Paul. People totally above any game playing and totally supporting the Constitution.
