This is absolutely untrue. So far as I know. I cannot -however- attest to it being outside the bounds of the possible. In fact I would not at all be surprised if something like this occurred at some point.

Not Really the News which is described, on the site, as "stories based on the news which are largely, if not entirely, satirical."
