I must clarify that I don’t have solid proof of this happening but do know that reporters they trained opened or worked for papers all over Iraq slamming America and the war. They operated like propaganda arms for AQ and the insurgents.
I’m sure you’re right. I sometimes forget to consider how pervasive his direct activism truly is. All his open society crap is to collapse and bring turmoil.. the conditions he most knows how to exploit. I once heard a story of how he treats his sons with contempt and derision because they don’t have his cold hearted ruthlessness. I think he is used to getting away with what others wouldn’t even consider doing and that’s probably why people tend not to consider how caustic his activism is.
