I can assure you that Dr. Escoffery is engaged in this thread live right now. Since his account is brand new his posts have to go through a mod first, which is the reason for the delay.. I believe FLEX is a way of transferring medical education from a foreign country to the US which includes testing and licensure. I may be wrong, but I believe this is the process in place to ensure quality of care internationally.
