The plan is part of a UN mandate to move humans into tiny pockets globally with narrow corridors for human travel between these cells. The vast majority of space is to be occupied exclusively by our overseers who will commune with nature. This planning assumes that humans are purely destructive and must be eradicated from the nature system.
What is perfectly clear is that those making these claims are consummate hypocrites by virtue of their unwillingness to remove themselves from the earth. Another case of the Ruling Class creating one set or laws for the masses and quite another for themselves.
