It isn’t clear who made the video or who put it out but it certainly wasn’t part of the Republican Governors Remember NOvember campaign . The website has their videos.
It may have been someone in the GOP..but everyone is just guessing. Certainly, I doubt Steele did it.

Does anyone remember the name of the video that was a open letter to Reid about how he was going to be thrown out. It said a website was coming and I can’t remember the name of it.
It was done in a similar way to this one. Not content..but just a warning shot type of video.
