To piggy back on this, why do we always hear demand of reparations from whites in America and never a demand or reparations from African Muslims?

Ummm, because people who can stone a 13 year old "bride" to death don't do "guilty" very well. You've heard of guilty whites? Well, NO ONE has ever heard of a 'guilty radical Muslim".... You ask an African Muslim to pay reparations and (at best) they'll laugh in your face.
Agreed, my point, which I so poorly made, is that the whole reparations thing is not about righting a grievance, but about extorting money.
If it was really about righting wrongs, they would go after those that originally sold them into slavery.
Your point was well made - and yes, I agree - it’s NOT righting a grievance this many generations later... it’s about the money.
