Last night, Dick Morris told Greta Van Susteren Democrats will be “losing 80 seats” in this year’s Midterm Elections. That would be a new record. The old record is the 74 seats that Republicans lost in 1922. Let's hope he is right. Here is the video:

I agree with Morris, 80-100 seats, it is going to be a slaughter of epic proportions only matched by the epic fail of Obama.

He’s a pretty good strategist, but a lousy prognosticator.

No matter how bad November is for the Democrats you can expect Zero to double down on his agenda. I don’t believe that the November elections will change things as much as so many do.

Even if there is the BIGGEST turnover in history this November the Obama/Pelosi/Reid are such a pack of narcissist that they will come back during the ‘lame duck’ session and pass every far left-wing bill they can think of! They will burn the house down before they surrender it!

If you think or anyone thinks that a big loss in November will make one iota of difference in Obama and the ‘Demonrats’ leftist agenda you need to seek professional help immediately, because I assure you that the sounds you will hear coming from them after such a lost will not be the ‘wailing and nashing of teeth’ it will be the notes of El Degüello.

IMHO I am not sure the November elections will provide the relief we think but I am almost positive what it will bring us a National ‘Battle of Athens’ moment ( http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~tnnews/kns001.htm )A time in which it will require action to secure our vote and save the Republic.

Morris is going to be correct. I see the Repubs winning possibly 90 seats or more. This election will rival 1932 when the Rs lost 101 seats, but this time it will be the other way around.

Overall results 1932 Congressional seats

Party Total seats (change) Seat percentage
Democratic Party 313 +97 71.9%
Republican Party 117 -101 26.8%
Farmer-Labor Party 5 +4 1.1%
Totals 435 +0 100.0%

My guess: a 41 seat switch in the House, giving the GOP a 219-215 majority.

Senate sees 6 seats swing to the GOP, leaving it a 51 (53 with the two independents) to 47 Democrat majority.

Pelosi out, Reid loses in Nevada but Dick “Turban” Durbin takes the Senate Majority Leader position. And of course, Obama still occupying the Oval Office.

Why, are there toes in his future for stating numbers such as this?

Morris is on the money here. When you have Repubs leading Dims at times up to 12% over the Dems in the generic identity polling it spells total disaster for the Dems.

Every single time he is on, he or the host has to mention his website and his latest book...that must be in his contract with Fox...i also get the feeling that most every talking head on Fox can’t stomach the guy, just a body language thing IMO...but he must have someone high up that keeps his mug popping up on FNC at least once a day....probably O’Reilly.

Far from a record. The Republicans lost 102 seats in 1932.

I think your right. I mean the election is a little over two months away and the most recent Democratic strategy is to run away from O’Bummer, Reid and Pelosi.

Look at Alaska which was supposed to be a cake walk for Little Lisa. Hum, the little folks didn't get the memo.
All around the country there are conservatives that are in contention who normally wouldn't get past first base.

From my perch in Germany I see a lot of my countrymen fearful for their jobs, homes, future and the future of their children. It does not bode well for an incumbent who's claims a right to be reelected by saying “But look what I have done for you!”
