You can learn a lot about those with whom you disagree by just listening to what they are saying about Barack Obama. Strangely, sometimes they say the same thing you do, but they see it as positive instead of disastrous.
Thats the case with an op-ed in the New York Times today, where writer Roger Cohen sums up what he calls The Obama Doctrine very well. Cohen agrees with Obama, and believes his approach to the world is realistic and correct, but his description of The Obama Doctrine really sums up Obamas ideology when it comes to America, and our place in the world....................

There’s nothing subtle about it.

His “subtle” removal of American exceptionalism is like the “unexpected” economic disasters which he has been creating!
IMHO OBAMA has advanced his schemes pretty well as I read the tea leaves. This nation may require multiple generations to recover from the damage which has been already done. And there is the LAME DUCK session which is rolling down the road. I think we are in for a mighty rough road.
Let him talk.
