The Michigan Supreme Court has made the final decision eliminating the fraudulent "Tea Party" Party from the 2010 elections.
Four of Michigan's Democrat appointed justices joined its small three Republican appointed contingent to declare the so-called "Tea Party" Party ineligible for the ballot.
For months various Democrats and union members have been trying to create a new political party in Michigan misleadingly named the "Tea Party" Party. 23 candidates had been slated from this Democrat dirty trick effort in order to confuse voters into imagining that they are voting for candidates that actually support Tea Party movement ideals.
The scandal has caused at least one Democrat to be thrown out of his party position and has now been unmasked as a fraud by the courts...

Oakland County Democratic Party Operations Director Jason Bauer has resigned his post for having been the one to sign his name notarizing the paperwork for fake Tea Party candidates. One man found himself as an authorized candidate even though he had moved away to Arizona. He wasn't even aware that he was a candidate for office in his old home state.
It turns out that Democrat Bauer had notarized twelve of Michigan’s 23 fake Tea Party candidates. The Michigan Democrat Party claimed it had no knowledge of Bauer’s actions and does not know who is behind the fake Tea Party candidates.”

This is illegal, to “notarize” a forged signature is a really rotten thing to do.
Socialists start with lies, move on to theft, enslavement, torture and murder. The next generation, raised that lies, theft, enslavement, torture and murder are virtue, become perverts.
Somebody needs to do some prison time over this. Political game playing is one thing but this falls well over the line into the criminal.
Things like identity theft, fraud, placing ineligible candidates on the ballot, candidates who aren’t even aware they were running......
I also notice that Jason Bauer is a former campaign manager for democrat SOS candidate Jocelyn Benson. Bauer is former Oakland county head of ACORN and Benson is a top Secretary of state project prospect.
I am going to file my candidacy under the Black Panther Party moniker just to see how many morons will vote, sight unseen and policies not read, for a smartass white boy like me.

Bunch of weasels. Cheat, lie, and steal is their SOP.
now they will just have to revert to their default election strategy: multiple votes by dead people, felons, etc.

Only two of the four Democrat justices voted with the Repubican justices.
Two Democrats leaders in Oakland County, MI have resigned.
AND it is not done. There are criminal investigations ongoing.
