Barack Obama obviously wanted to be President of the US. Unfortunately, Obama wants none of the responsibilities of the office. The buck is always stopped somewhere else, usually at the doorstep of George Bush. Obama blames George Bush for everything ad nauseum, recently extending the blame period from "the last eght years" to "the last ten years." For the moment we'll ignore that the economy went into the tank only after Democrats took office. We'll ignore the fact that Barack Obama was a US Senator from 2005 to 2009. We'll ignore the fact that Obama did absolutely nothing to rectify the wrongs that he now pins on Bush. It's as though Obama's Viagra wasn't working and Obama was just an impotent US Senator caught all up in Bush rapture.
As unemployment rose to 9.6% Obama, the guy who says

does nothing but push all of us to look backwards. Accordingly, Obama took another shot at Bush:

Wall Street firms turned huge profits by taking, in some cases, reckless risks and cutting corners. All of this came at the expense of working Americans, who were fighting harder and harder just to stay afloat – often borrowing against inflated home values to pay their bills. Ultimately, the house of cards collapsed,” Obama said.
Democrats were dealing those cards, but let's ignore that for now too.

Obama lets others do the talking as much as possible when the news is negative or derogatory, i.e. defense cuts when gates announced we're cutting missile defense, FCS, Zumwald, F22 which is a massive and near unprecedented cut post WWII in force modernization and the POTUS found no time or need to announce this himself. However, he figured the cuts in our nuclear arsenal would be well received, so he did the talking on that.
Obama blames others when he has to do the talking and what he says is derogatory or negative, i.e. BP oil spill or economy.
We have a POTUS that is operating on the level of a 9 year old and leading from the rear, not the front. He takes no responsibility for anything, even though he said he would, because when he said that it sounded like a “good thing to say.” Words have no meaning with this administration. They are just things thrown around to make people like you and vote a certain way.

He got out of high school without really attending classes because he was black

Everything he every achieved he has been just given to him because he was black, and now that everything isn't going his way like it always has he is dumbfounded.

Nobody plays tag at school because the weak get weeded out. Everybody wins at baseball and soccer. Even if you fail, you get sent to the next grade with a smiley face so the parents don't sue. Sad thing is, there's a lot more right behind him. We are in a culture of non-achievers and Obama is their poster boy.
I've dealt with this mental illness all of my 53 years. I know the personality inside and out and I know what I'm talking about.
Aside from our nation I also feel sorry for his daughters. Those girls are going to be so screwed up until they grow up, develop the courage and go no contact with both of their parents.

Any company with the option to do so is naturally going to avoid the burdens of state and local regulation - promulgated by endless offices full of unelected and unaccountable rent-seeking bureaucrats - and go where its operations are welcomed.
Obama was unqualified to even qualify as a failure.
Talk about a conundrum, a POTUS that isn’t legally elected that cannot effectively even fake being President.
Cannot be impeached because he “failed to qualify” and if he were it would nullify every act and decision he made.
