She is not a greedy hack, she is a teacher. She was sent there by the UNION who has convinced her she is 'underprivileged', 'down-trodden', 'underpaid', and that IF she does what the UNION says, they will get her more money.

Of course they will get her more money, but they plan to take every extra penny they get 'for her'.

She is their 'dupe' and The Governor just gave her the 'facts', instead of the lies the Union gives her.
