I saw the same show. No such dancer.
Perhaps it was a “Make a Wish” foundation situation where a child’s wish to be on stage was granted as a one time deal.
We enjoyed the show and found it pretty good. They change it around to update the topical references and deal with the on stage situation.
I saw that movie so long ago, I don’t remember anything except the title.
Those pics are great! That poor African guy looks emaciated though.
