At least 3 of the Supreme Court Justices are thinking about making a law against it.
Strange though, Breyer doesn't seem to know that Congress makes laws, not the Supreme Court he screamed into the night air like a fireman going to a window that has no fire.

A breakfast place I go to in Beverly MA, owned by a conservative, has Obama and George W Bush dolls behind the counter. The Obama doll has his back to us, while the Bush doll is looking left toward a third “doll”—a “Hillary
Clinton nutcracker” :)

Given how bad BHO has been for business across this country, I would say there’s some sort of cosmic justice at work in seeing the same disease spread to businesses that sought to commercialize his fraudulent message of Hope and Change.
