The national Democratic Party depends on the 50 state Democratic Parties to certify a presidential candidate’s eligibility. But Hawaii’s Democratic Party in 2008 refused to certify that Barack Hussein Obama was eligible for the presidency. Why are we finding out about this only now, 20 months into the Obama presidency?
Given this, does this make the national Democratic Party’s certification of Obama null and void? Is there a constitutional lawyer out there who knows? Hello?

A friend was in Hawaii some months ago and I was told that native Hawaiians say he “wasn’t” born in Hawaii. That’s the word on the street.

Wife and i were in Hawaii for a week in March. From what we could tell, the people on ‘the street’ were mostly stoned.

Barry O. tried to pass of something that was inconsistent with what the rest of have and know to be a “Birth Certificate”.
The so called COLB has many flaws with it:

He seemed to have some emotional attachment to the Birth Certificate found among his mother’s belongings. Why wouldn’t he just slap that one up, for all the world to see? It seemed important that he found a document that is called a “Birth Certificate” and it is highly unlikely he would not know what one looks like.
Hope no one brings up some house fire that vaporized his BC. That was in 1972 and none of the documents listed here would have been affected by that “fishy” event.
I suggest that we play the game that the Democrats played against Palin in Alaska and flood Hawaii with FOIA requests for the original.
