This is the full report of the video clip I posted yesterday. It includes Schakowsky's dodging of the question about the Democratic Socialists of America, who seem to be quite fond of Schakowsky.

Oh goody!

I can’t wait to hear this ding dong tell us how the “Individual Mandate” is constitutional based on the Commerce Clause and congresses the Taxing Powers.

Sorry, but the federal government cannot compel somebody to purchase something, and then call it commerce! This is putting the cart before the horse! We will win when this goes to the Supreme Court!

Congress can “regulate” commerce. Not compel us to participate. Oh that’s right, Obama’s not going to let us not participate. The 13th Amendment also forbids the government from coercing us to enter into a contract, which is what a health care policy is. Precedent is Reynolds vs United States.
The “wheel of servitude” is verboten.

The problem with the SCOTUS is this:

1. You have two new Judges whose Judicial Philosophy is 'what ever OBAMA Wants, OBAMA gets'

2. Kennedy is not to be trusted with something like this!

It is unfortunate that the United States Supreme Court is no longer Supreme anything. It has become 100% political hence all the 5-4 decisions.

They are not only completely isolated from the people but given their alleged judicial skills seem to be isolated from the Constitution and are making it up as they go along.

Even when the 5-4 goes in our favor (whoever our is) one can only question the intelligence, the allegiance to the constitution, allegiance to the country of these alleged judges.

The Constitution is much smaller than the health care bill, much smaller than TARP, much smaller than the bailout bills yet almost half of the USSC judges cannot agree on almost every case? Come on who are we kidding.

Thanks in great part, to the US Inferior Court, this country is walking away from a brilliant document which served this country very well until some filth of the earth lawyers decided the court should rule based on case law to change the meaning of our founding documents AND we sit by and do nothing.
