He's not there yet, but it appears that former Congressman Tom Tancredo has made a race in Colorado. The Republican is running as an independent in the three-way race for Governor of that state. Despite the fact that Tancredo started around 10% in the polls, a weak Republican candidate has allowed him to surge into a solid second place.
The race appears to be volatile, which may help Tancredo win over independent and disaffected voters. In this Republican wave year, he may be able to win over those who like his critical view of illegal immigration and enforcement. With two weeks to go it appears that he may actually pull this one off.

I do.
A Tancredo win would show that we don’t have to listen to the usual RINO propaganda that we have to vote for them because they are not as bad as the Rats.
“Do you think he’ll actually win it”?
...always think, “Brown”, “Christie”, “McDonnel”! Also O’Donnel beating Castle. Still, it’s no excuse to stop knocking on doors and working the phones!
Go TANC!
The only real problem I see is those voters who simply vote a straight Republican ticket instead of voting for individual candidates.
I was just reading this older article by Michael Medved from September 8, 2010:
Tom Tancrazy: The Not-So-Great 3rd Party Tradition

He completely gets it wrong about the situation in Colorado, but he won’t let facts get in the way of his hatred for Tancredo.
Frankly, the Republican Party in Colorado is the third party as far as the governor’s race. I believe Republicans are looking good in most of the other races.
If anyone is interesed, I went to a Tancredo event on Saturday and posted a thread. It was a lot of fun. Tancredo has got the momentum right now and more and more Republicans, Independents, and some Dems are getting on board.

You mean obey and enforce the law?
Critical view my butt, an honest view is the truth.
Medved is an anti-birther. Another Saudi media stooge. They all came out on the same daya - our “conservative” talker friends. They all got the memo to support Obama and smear birthers.
Well I don’t know about Saudi media stooge, but Medved is definitely anti-Tancredo, against any talk of Obama’s documents, and against mainstream views about illegal immigration. Hugh Hewitt is much the same.
Mike Gallagher is talking about an event last night where he and Medved were speaking. Medved accused Gallagher of “filthy race baiting” regarding illegal immigration:

there's your problem right there. part of the rino neo con establishment
really you need a better group to listen to. get sirius and listen to Mike Church and Andrew Wilkow. tho I believe obama is not a citizen it will never be proven that is worthless road to go on. only someone like hillary would expose it.
Hugh Hewitt is another anti-birther. Most of these other “conservative” talk show hosts are third tier losers. They all on the same day came out as anti-birthers because their media bosses, who rely on Saudi money and shareholders, did not want to offend the Islamic money that bought the white hut.
