Only congress may write law.

Do you really think the Founders left some loophole in the law to allow an unelected bureaucrat to write law?

But if you can find some penumbra in the constitution that allows an unelected bureaucrat to write law, let’s see it.

Congress may no more pass a law to allow a bureaucrat to write law, than obama may give his war-making power to Bill Ayers.

Let’s not get crazy, Jim. You’re much smarter than that.
