MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. -- Continuing to show Rubio is just too extreme for Florida, the Kendrick Meek campaign released a new slide to its "Too Extreme for Florida" website that highlights Rubio's assertion that he doesn't know if President Obama is a citizen of the United States.
Last year, when Rubio was asked if he thought President Obama's birth certificate was fake when speaking in front of a Tea Party crowd, Rubio replied, "I don't know the answer to that."
Rubio declines to say whether President Obama is a U.S. citizen. In a profile in the Miami Herald, "[Rubio] declines to venture an opinion on President Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship. 'I don't know the answer to that,' Rubio equivocated when asked at the GOP women's club whether the president's birth certificate is valid. Rubio's response signals that he's moved farther to the right since term limits forced him out of the Florida House last year though he said during the trip, 'I won't change who I am to get elected.'" Hopefully, the question will be moot for four of those six years.
Oh. I get it. Instead of providing evidence that Soetoro is a citizen, the question gets settled by labeling anyone who asks for evidence as “extreme.”

Did Rush really flub up?
I've heard this rumor now, for a few years, that he is hiding something, but that it wasn't that he wasn't born here, but that what he was hiding, was that he had committed financial aid fraud, and other types of fraud, by claiming, at one time, that he wasn't born here.....
I remember, first hearing that, when stories came up about his first college, and him getting some kind of special aid package or financial assistance (despite actually having money) for being a foreign student....
Have no idea, if its true, but if he wasn't thinking of becoming POTUS one day , and was thinking purely short term, it might make alot of sense, that he did some screwing around, for some money and support.
Race Bannon talked with him around 1980 in HI and he told Race that he was born in Kenya, spent time in Indonesia as a kid, and wanted to be President.

Wayne Root was the libertarian vice pres nominee in 2008 (and will be the prez pick in 2012).
Wayne Root, and his friends have never personally met or seen Obama.
Nothing strange about that..........
Except that according to Columbia University, Wayne Root was in the same classes as Obama.....
He likes joking that not one of his classmates (whom he has kept in touch with), remembers ever seeing Obama in class............lol.
The financial aid story has to do with when he was a kid, and telling people he was foreign, so that he could get into certain schools, and take advantage of preferences and get financial packages..........
Sidenote: Steve Case (of AOL fame), was actually in the same high school at the same time as Obama in Hawaii....They were a couple of years apart however, Case does remember Obama though.
Obama told Race in 1980 that he grew up in Indonesia and was born in Mombasa, Kenya, and someday wanted to be president.

Kendrick Meek can’t be sure either. He just doesn’t care.
Easy. The media say's the birth certificate is legit, so it is legit. To back it up, Hawaii's dept. of health gave Obama a paper that says "this isn't his birth certificate, but we say he was born here, and our proof is, well, we say he was born here."
The question of Obama’s eligibility isn’t whether or not he’s a U.S. citizen, but whether or not he is a ‘natural born citizen’ as required by the Constitution. All these attempts to obfuscate the real question are getting tiresome.
The COLB put out by Team Obama, even if it is legitimate, doesn’t answer that question, one way or the other. Gee, it’s a shame we won’t have Kendrick Meeks serving in the Senate.
He’s a Kenyan and should be deported.

Like Marco, I don’t know with certainty that he is. That being said, I think it is a distraction from more pressing concerns. If you hadn’t noticed, China has us by the cajones and they know it. Obama hasn’t prevented a financial meltdown. He has been adding fuel to the fire. When China is ready to say no to our bonds, our economy will collapse like the twin towers. There is a much bigger game going on here. Do not get distracted by the sideshows and theater.
Sadly, the consequence of our past foolishness is unfolding as we speak. Will we get another chance? There is no guarantee. This is a time for sackcloth and ashes. We began as an inspiration. That city of light upon a hill for all the world to see. The idea of a free people governing themselves and creating their own destinies. Americans got lazy and self absorbed. They took their inheritance for granted. They through it away like a used condom. Some have awakened but not nearly enough. I pray for all of you as we enter this dark night of the soul for America. Prepare yourselves.
