As a non-lawyer, may I ask a related question which hopefully someone can answer? Both sides agree that the issue of the constitutionality of the mandates ( that individuals MUST purchase health insurance) must and will reach the Supreme Court, in a year or two..( after the appeals court) Because it is such an important question, isn’t there a procedure for an expidited appeal directly to SCOTUS, and if so, why isn’t it being used. Thanks

We can and should also sue based on the religious exemptions within Obamacare - Christians and Muslims can both receive the medical services, but Muslims don’t have to pay the mandated health insurance as part of the religious exceptions.
