Statement on Ghailani Verdict
Bad ideas have dangerous consequences. The Obama Administration recklessly insisted on a civilian trial for Ahmed Ghailani, and rolled the dice in a time of war. The Department of Justice says its pleased by the verdict. Ask the families of the victims if theyre pleased. And this result isnt just embarrassing. Its dangerous. It signals weakness in a time of war. The Ghailani trial was supposed to be a test case for future trials of 9/11 terrorists.
We urge the president: End this reckless experiment. Reverse course. Use the military commissions at Guantanamo that Congress has authorized. And, above allaccept the fact that we are at war.

If Obama admits we are at war will he have to name the enemy?
PS ! DON'T TOUCH MY JUNK!
aka stupid is as stupid does
Actually & seriously, both Obama & Holder should be fired, Obama by impeachment by his own Democrat “lame duck” congress and Holder should resign in shame and disgrace!!! Americans, wake-up!!! These people are not defenders or protectors of America and her citizens!!! They hate America and all it stands for and....they love the people that are out there trying to destroy this country!!! How any American with half a brain could have ever voted for this incompetent, anti-American Obama is far beyond common sense and basics smarts, IMHO!!!
As long as they're happy...
Department of Justice says its pleased by the verdict.
The only good news for Obama on this verdict is that it temporarily takes the heat off of him over the airport pat down fiasco.
This is what we are going to witness during the next two years. Literally every day there will be a blowback story against Obama.
You can apply that to THE ENTIRE Obama agenda
