“Deserves” has nothing to do with it.

There is only one answer to that question.

It is so obvious it scares the HELL out of beltway insiders.

Is this a “rant” about nobody really standing out, as possible ‘12 GOP Presidential candidates, and how this helps out the Democrats in ‘12?

No one “desrves” the nomination. Ever. They need to *earn* nomination. When the Republican Party gives the nomination to the person that “deserves” it (e.g. - Robert Dole in 1996 or John McCain in 2008), disaster usually follows.

The person that dominates the debates and offers Conservative solutions to reverse communism, sharia and the illegal invasion. It really is that simple... like the midterms... 2012 will NOT be business as usual... bank on it!

Why not think outside the box. The elitists are pushing Romney on us because he made Curling and the Luge profitable at the Olympics. How about a real businessman with a pretty positive record on success and is not a politician.

Nobody deserves it. They have to work for it. They have to convince the largest amount of voters based on record and vision.

Isn’t that how it is supposed to be done? Not to mention, they have to be able to win in the general.

I am tired of this so and so deserves it meme.

Over and out.

Chris Christie. In this time of economic uncertainty, he is the only one who has the cojones to make tough decisions.

Deserves?

Who deserves? to be the nominee?

I'm sure you could select a more irrelevant verb, but I'm not sure what it would be.

Who has done more in the last 4 years for the movement?

If by "movement," you mean conservatism, without a doubt, this would be Barack Obama. You want him to be nominated?
