President Palin

If your brother is distressed because of what you eat, you are no longer acting in LOVE. Do not by your eating destroy your brother for whom Christ died. Rom 14:15

There are lots of reasons for Gov Palin to be President besides her being hated by the Establishment, although that is a pretty good one. The NE Corridor has determined she just doesn’t have what it takes like McCain and Barak did. The main criteria we need to choose our next Presidential candidate will be if they live outside the District of Corruption. This is the problem and the primary goal of the next leader will be to clean the swamp of corruption which means you will have to be an outsider and Palin’s porch is a half a world away from that Inner Circle. Besides Tina Fey just bought a new house and needs to pay for and President Palin would give her 8 more yrs of Palin and Conservatives are really, really stupid poopyheads, jokes. This would not only help America but our liberal “comedians” of not having material while their candidates are in office.

The other main issue will be to reverse the institutional laws and regs that have hamstrung our Country to open up capitalism to free market principles like freeing the energy industry to development of our resources. Who understands this more than Palin as the onetime member of the Oil Board in Alaska as well as one of the most effective Governors of that oil rich state? We also need a spokesman who can stand up to the pressures of the establishment who will face intense pressures from the Brie and Chablis crowd to moderate their stances to make them more appealing to the commiecrats. The next President is going to have to make some very difficult decisions on balancing the budget since playing Santa is over and the credit card has arrived. This will be what separates the Conservatives from the modeRats and absolutely critical in the next leader.

Now the echo chamber is repeating she doesn’t have the gravitas it takes to occupy the White House like Ohbummer does. Since most mediots don’t know much about histoir, as we see Ivy League education and leadership are usually polar opposites since the most educated were Carter, Clinton and Neville Chamberlin and the under educated were Churchill, Reagan, Truman, Kennedy and FDR well FDR was a dictator. To imagine that we would even bother to listen to the Stone Age Press as to who our nominee is should really tell us who to pick. They are attempting to Alinsky the Palin name so that the Conservative Country Clubbers will be too embarrassed to embrace her as a serious candidate just like they attempted to do with GW, Reagan and Eisenhower hoping we will pick another Republicrat loser. They want people the independents will vote for like McCain and Dole.

What terrifies the establishment on both sides is that she will become the Tea Party candidate. After she stood up to them and put her neck on the line for all the Tea Party nominees as well as bringing her crowds to the Tea Parties the last thing the Inner Circle could stand would be a Tea Party President. She would bring excitement to the race that has not been seen even by the messiah when the world was fooled by the establishment. This would be a true grassroots movement who would not be bought off by any outside lobbies. She would even be basically separate from the GOP as they have not done any favors for her or the candidates she supported. This terrifies them as they would lose complete control of everything.

The fact that she would be almost completely independent from any corrupting influences is a critical factor to her candidacy. Her shows and books allow her to be a person who has made herself personally wealthy to allow her more independence than most candidates enjoy. We have seen enough of leaders who are a part of one machine or the other and especially corrupt machines like Chicago or the NE corridor. Is the Tea Party ready to take over the DC cesspool and run the ultimate outsider? You betcha!

Now the Punditocracy feigns concern she isn’t a “serious” candidate since she quit as Gov and has a reality TV show. Not sure how either of those relate to your ability to lead a Country out of the malaise we are in now but much of the same was said about Gov Reagan when he went from movies to GE Theater as well as being a B actor who made “Bedtime for Bonzo”. They were mocking him for speaking too much politics in his hosting of a TV show that happened to pay more than most movies did during their time and led him to the Governorship. Then of course there was the knock on GW for being a Gov in a weak Gov state like TX. Seems the libs always have a reason candidates aren’t ready for prime time unless they’re Dems like Kerry, Carter and Kennedy?

The real reason they are terrified of Sister Sarah is what we saw in this election. We will hear how unelectable she is because she is too extreme for the precious Independents and women. Those are the same independents who voted for our candidates this election around 65-35 and women who voted for us for the first time since they got the vote. By nature moderates are followers who are looking for leaders willing to take a stand. The women changed to Repubs since we explained our values better than ever before and much of that reason is we ran more women than we ever have. We also won’t hear how the Tea Party movement is 55% women and heavily Independent and Conservative. This is a mix that is not only a winner but the death to the DNC victim politics. This is the real reason the Punditocracy will be trying to convince us she is unelectable and need to look at someone more “moderate” or beatable. Does the Tea Party compromise their values and beliefs in the Beltway or do they mine real Gold in Alaska w/Palin? They may want to add a pick and shovel to those tea bags.

Pray for America

The irony is that the ancestry researchers found that Governor Palin IS as much descended from “blue blood” as any of the blue bloods are. She just doesn’t choose to live that way or trumpet it. - Many of the ancestral blue bloods were actually American patriots who fought in the Revolutionary War and got their hands dirty and bloody. Gads! Indeed!

Governor Palin IS as much descended from “blue blood” as any of the blue bloods are. She just doesn’t choose to live that way or trumpet it.

That makes Sarah Palin as truly American as they come. The whole point of the Constitutional Republic as a government of laws and not of men is to abandon the old ways of the blood and ascension to power and to build a country where anyone can rise based on their individual merits.

Sarah gets it. And people love Sarah for it.

A local example of “NE Corridor” tunnel vision:

A university professor of rhetoric is a regular guest on one of our talk show radio stations. He continues to maintain that Obama is a good speaker, going so far as to say this morning that using the teleprompter is immaterial, when a caller brought up the fact that he is frequently tongue-tied when answering a question.

On this morning’s show, hosted by the wife of our former Republican governor (and this year’s unsuccessful candidate for for governor), the ‘leaning right’ professor of rhetoric and Mrs. Ehrlich started the show bashing Sarah Palin as wrong for the country and the Republican party in so many ways as a prospective presidential candidate.

If there is one quality that this prof of rhetoric should have been praising her for, is Sarah’s exceptional use of language to communicate. But his dislike of her on a personal level overrides his professional critique of her speaking and communication skills.

This post looks just like all the other whining posts from the past two years. The 2010 midterms are over, it is all in SP's hands now. If you want Palin to run, tell her to run. What are we supposed to all beg her together? Chanting "Please Sarah, please run" ??? Is this some sort of strange ritual ?

You could stand on her bookstore line and ask her to run when she signs your book. Is it our job to convince her (in your mind)? Get her to announce and start laying out her presidential positions as a candidate. Then there will be something to talk about.

Why did you find it necessary to ping a bunch of people? Doesn’t your argument stand on its own or do you have to bring in a bunch of Stalinist anti-palinites to do a drive by?

This was actually to counter the echo chamber which of course you already feared.

Pray for America

Why did you find it necessary to ping a bunch of people?

Why do you?

And since when are folks here Stalinist if they're anti-Palin?

Let me guess, you are on his ping list and you are using the anti-palin thug tactics. You really don’t want to do this but hey, I’m game. Who is a better Tea Party candidate right now?

Pray for America

There’s no whining or begging just an attack on establishment groupthink she has no chance. Who is your candidate if you think it necessary to do a drive by. Who is the better Tea Party candidate than Palin? Come on don’t be bashful, who is your candidate your shilling for? Or are you the establishment?

Nope.

Who is a better Tea Party candidate right now?

Nobody - which is why I keep repeating that Palin is better than nothing.

Again you seek to continue to rehash the same beaten-to-death arguments of the past two years, by completely ignoring the text of my comment. Only Sarah is holding back Sarah now. Get her to announce her candidacy and lay out her presidential positions, then I will argue or agree with them as with anyone else. How is telling you to get her to run if that is what you REALLY want shilling for someone else? Do you really want her to run? Or just like arguing?

Sorry, your stretching her answer in 2008 as not sure about Global Warming is an old lib tactic but doesn’t work on Conservatives. We have new information that most of us suspected back then as well as being muzzled as InSain’s VP is taking her positions out of context.

I suppose if she is against C&T now you will be for her?

What is the LOST treaty and who is YOUR candidate?

Pray for America

‘Stalinist anti-palinites’ ??? LOL, They pinged me here. Look, ‘they’ are not holding her back. Only she is holding her back.

To make a post like this repeating that same argument posted hundreds of times the past two years here is just begging the contrary argument again, so you can argue with them (and to prove your point). Your argument is really only with one woman SP(is she a Stalinist anti-palinite ? ), tell her to run if that is what you really want. Then there will be something to talk about.

Sure - you - with your attempt to stifle dissenting opinion.

Sounds to me that it is YOU and not I that needs to do your homework.

As for the LOST Treaty, you need only to look through the archives of FR. It is all there, and behold, we were all against ratification.

Golleeee!

Unless I am mistaken. I may have missed something, and Lindsay Graham & McCain now define conservatism.
