He either gets a tough primary challenge if he extends the tax cuts, or a fatal general electiopn challenge of he fails to extend the tax cuts. As the inexperienced one is finding out, Damn, Pimpin’ is hard!

Oh, let him get a tough primary challenge-—from someone
even further left, who thinks there’s enough red meat to be cut off this issue to make a case that ‘compromising’ on the tax cuts was a BAD thing????
These people just get stupider and stupider, with the likes of Dan Rather crawling out of the woodwork to make a statement that makes most Libs look smart by comparison?
Rest assured, Obama will try to take credit for the positive signs in the economy these tax cuts are going to start-——like it was all his idea. These positive signs will BE there, and that leaves a primary challenger to Obama with nothing to distance himself with or complain about.

Who will be the challenger?

Obama took out Hillary as a primary challenger with the help of his Wikileaks rapist buddy. To seal the deal, Holder is conducting an “insider trading” investigation of Hillary’s top fundraisers at some major Wall Street and hedge fund firms in NY and CT to keep them on the sideline for the next 2 years.

Without Hillary and her big dollar backers, there is no other viable ‘Rat challenger to the Kenyan.

Similarly, if the tax cuts are not extended O will face a primary challenge. Whether the sky falls or not O will not be the Dems choice for 2012.

If the Democrats do not renominate Obama, they effectively repudiate their entire ideology. The talking points in 2012 are: We made a great start but FoxNews and their wealthy puppetmasters threw the midterms to the Republicans who have been throwing sand in the gears for the last two years.

No one will buy it, but all the alternatives are so much worse.

“Repudiate” should be “refutiate”.

That was my implicit point, starting from the absurd premise as stated by Dan Rather. Any challenger to Obama and a second term by him would have to be further left of Obama if he’s going to make that tax cuts issue any kind of cornerstone of his campaign or ‘platform’. The good signs will be evident well before 2012, regardless of how the Dem talking heads try to spin it as an unnecessary policy that kept the economy stagnant, or only helped fatten the wallets of the SuperRich. Most Americans simply do not have the appetite for MORE of the same from some “new” torchbearer like whomever it might be, who would distance himself from Obama on this issue. The only danger is in their ability to promote the idea that the tax cuts had a ZERO or negative effect on jobs and the economy in general.
Hillary? Regardless of all you’ve said , I still think she’ll run-—I can’t imagine anyone else running except her.
Especially if it comes to be her Vs. Sarah Palin. A true
‘get out the popcorn moment”, that will last the better part of a year.
