Here is video of Louisiana GOP Gov. Bobby Jindal telling MSNBC’s Chris Matthews that he has no intentions of running for President in 2012. Jindal was unequivocal in his declaration that he will not seek the Presidency in the coming election cycle, but will instead run for re-election as Governor of Louisiana. Matthews had speculated that Jindal’s new book signaled he intended to make a run for the GOP Nomination.

I think he would make a great president. He may not be a great orator, but he is a good manager of a very tough state to manage.

As much as I like Jindal he is not eligible to be President. He is not a natural born citizen. His mother was only in this country 5 mos when he was born. She was not a naturalized citizen at the time of his birth.

Jindal is not a natural born citizen, he knows it, I know it, many others know it. It is the same with rubio. Maybe a new strategery could be to push Jindal and Rubio so the commies sweat and the NBC issue brings more light to the fraudulent commie usurper barry dunham steve soetoro mohammed obama.

He is not a natural born citizen.

This is what I feared most as a result of the illegitimate seating of Obama, that is that Article II would die as a qualification for the Presidency. I scream every time I hear the words "Birth Certificate."

We need one (1) governor to disqualify Obama from the ballot in his state in 2012 and get this to court. This is a Constitutional Crisis and it is completely below the radar, except where it doesn't count, like here.

There is no "precedent."

Now if Palin would do likewise ...

The liberals and RINO elitist establishment types will have won.

“”Now if Palin would do likewise ...”

Do you mean this?

“run for re-election as Governor of Louisiana. “

She can't, she doesn't live in Louisiana. Besides, Jindal seems like a good governor and doesn't need Palin to run against him.

Hate it break it you... Rubio is since his parents came from Cuba and he was born here.. There is a law that if you come to Cuba you are an American citizen automatically..

Extremely discouraging, but I'm not giving up hope. I see no one in the field that has the potential to battle Obama (and win!) like Gov. Jindal does. I'm currently reading his book, and it is great; includes humor, digs at the administration, and a wonderful look into his process to Christianity. And to those who think he can't run for POTUS, he wouldn't be making a video stating he isn't running, if he in fact couldn't run. He'd just state he was ineligible, wouldn't he?
I prayed desperately, promising God that if He told me He existed and how to worship Him, I would consider myself blessed beyond belief and would not ask for anything else.

God used what was most important to me to get my attention back on Him. I was a normal teenage boy, so he used a teenage high school girl to get my attention.

During my junior year in high school, while attending a math tournament in New Orleans (stop snickering), I spotted Kathy. I had a crush on her, but had never mustered the nerve to say hello. This time I did, and we ended up going to a dance and having a great time ... Things were going great. Here was this pretty girl and she was interested in me! Then I asked her a simple question that changed everything.

"What do you want to do after school?"

Now, most of my friends in Baton Rouge wanted to be doctors, or football players, or teachers, or nurses; a few might have wanted to be rock stars. But she gave me an answer I had never heard. "I want to become a Supreme Court Justice," she said, "because I want to save innocent lives."

Where'd this come from? I thought to myself. And yet, I was struck by her answer. Saving the unborn gave her a purpose in life, something that was missing from mine.

Kathy was Catholic, and out of curiousity I attended Catholic Mass with her. I didn't want my parents [very strong in their Hindu tradition] to know, so I was probably the only teenager from Baton Rouge who told his parents he was going to a party so he could sneak off to church. --Bobby Jindal, Leadership and Crisis

Man, that was good!He has a great future and I think, he should not run in 2012. Get the experience under his belt and seriously try for 2016 or he will be a great vice presidential material in 2012.

Think we’ve got time to wait until 2016? And if a vice-president in 2012, then to whom?

That is a shame. I was looking forward to hearing him out. Not my top choice at this point, but he certainly would be worthy of consideration and well ahead of Romney, Huck, Pawlenty, and Gingrich.

I’m not so hot on Bobby Jindal after Joseph Cao voted for the DREAM Act last night.

I believe him!

He's still very young and has plenty of time to consider a run for the Presidency.

It would be fantastic, if he came out and said, “Like Obama, I am not Constitutionally eligible to be president. Unlike Obama, I do care and want to protect the US Constitution.”
