Jindals mother came to the US on a student scholarship she was 3-4 months pregnant when she arrived. While a student she applied to the school to pay the expenses of the birth. It was denied because the pregnancy was preexisting.

The parents were citizens of India when the child was born.

Everybody know the guy isn’t eligible.

But no one will do anything because they are afraid of an uprising.

It’s really sad.

It is unfortunate....and Jindal knows this. Instead of making a statement of not running he needs to tell everyone he is NOT eligible....both parents were Citizens of India at the time of his birth which means they had an allegiance to another country....Jindal is NOT a ‘natural born citizen.’ Which is a requirement for either VP or President.

I understand his father was also not a citizen when he was born. Future citizenship does not count, otherwise I would not haven up on ideas about being POTUSA.

He was not born a citizen according to the 14th Amendment. On another thread you were debunked by numerous freepers on this subject.

Jefferson was correct...they will come here, distort our laws...making a mess.

You can’t ‘debunk’ Wong Kim Ark 1890s Supreme Court ruling that made children of resident aliens citizens at birth, nor the recent Indiana court ruling that affirmed that someone born in the USA is a natural born citizen. They are facts, and nothing of what I said was ‘debunked’ because I was just pointing out what the law is and what courts have said.

Your claims are contrary to court rulings and court precedent. Pretending the law is what you want it to be is judicial activism; it convinces nobody and gets laughed out of court.
