That’s fine but his statement might have relevance to why the Tea Party movement hasn’t taken up the Lakin cause to a greater degree.

One of the early Tea Party organizations is Liberty Central” which was led by Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife, Virginia.

Justice Thomas (and also Justice Alito) refused to issue an injunction against the $20,000 in sanctions that were imposed on Orly Taitz in an Obama eligiblity lawsuit filed by Captain Connie Rhodes who wanted Obama to prove his eligibility before she shipped out to Iraq. The lawsuit is “Rhodes v MacDonald.”

The leftward slide of this country (that the tea party is trying to turn around) has been going on for decades, long before Obama was even born. Getting hold of Obama's birth certificate won't turn that around.

The plain fact is, the tea party's goals are bigger than Obama. It's not about Obama, it is about reversing a half century of big government growth. If you can't see that, then you have missed the entire point of the tea party movement.
