On Thursday's edition of The View, Joy Behar displayed how little she knows Sarah Palin's favorite authors. As they discussed Palin's answer to Barbara Walters asking what she reads, and Walters said Palin reads C.S. Lewis for "divine inspiration," Behar asked "Aren't those children's books?" She wasn't joking, but she obviously liked the idea that Palin wasn't smart enough to read "adult books." The Narnia books aren't exactly Dr. Seuss. Behar isn't educated enough to know about his classic works of nonfiction in Christian apologetics, like Mere Christianity and The Screwtape Letters.

That woman is an embarrassment to woman-kind. I agree with Glenn Beck and his crew...a more apt name for her would be “Bitter Behar”.

I find it oddly strange with Joy, in that I generally like to get to know individuals and even some celeb types; but when it is about her, I have exactly “zero” interest.

The visceral hatred lefty womyn have for conservative ladies (and the greater the distance between the good looks of the lady on the right and the homeliness of the womyn on the left, the greater the hatred) was proven once and for all with the ugly-to-end-all-ugly Sarah Bernhardt calling for her “black brothas” to rape Sarah Palin. I’m never going to forget that one and if I had a media voice I’d remind the listeners of it everytime I was on the air.I don’t think it can ever go any lower. The ugly dyke dissed Sarah, and black males as a group as being a bunch of racists who would committ rape on her political opponent at her command. I read Mere Christianity once a year. I usually listen to it on itunes. I have an app for it but haven’t figured out how to use it yet.

I challenge Behar to read and then present a review on her television show of Lewis's The Abolition of Man (New York: MacMillan, 1947), but I'm not holding my breath.
Its been a long time since I read it. but I'm sure I remember them..
