Justice Breyer is a stone nut! His reason was so far distant from the Constitution that he should retire. His reason was that the Constitution is a living document and must be reinterpreted to the modern world. Fruit cake.

The man would not understand the US Constitution or history if it smacked him in the face. He needs to resign ten years ago.

His behavior is criminal and shows why we need an amendment to the constitution taking away the lifetime status of these dorks.

Justice Breyer: Founding Fathers Were for Gun Control

Third or fourth time this subject has been posted on FR in the past couple of days.

Breyer is still a delusional libtwit who nobody really listens to anyway. Clearly doesn't belong on the SC.

Watched the interview and my wife and I both thought he had the most swarmy holier than thou demeanor. Not to mention a very strange interpretation of the US Constitution. It would be nice to have some normal people on the court.

I heard him say about the handgun ban in D.C. that if one likes to hunt, one can get on a train to Maryland. What an incredibly stupid thing to say! Handguns aren’t an animal hunter’s weapon of choice, and a train to Maryland isn’t going to protect one from a criminal more immediate and dire intentions.

They banned guns from DC. So this brilliant bag of bones posing as a Supreme Court Justice claims that there is no problem with banning guns in DC. If you are a DC resident and enjoy target practice, just get on the train WITH YOUR ILLEGAL GUN and go over to Maryland and shoot... What an blooming, embarassing idiot!
