Tale of the Tape: Obama vs. Palin (Polar opposite visions of what leadership should be.)

That particular picture is genuine and does appear to be showing Obama not placing his hand over his heart during the National Anthem, as seen in this Video Clip from ABC

In his defense however, that rendition of the National Anthem was so horrible that maybe he just didn't recognize it for what it was. (Ok, I'm joking - he was just too stupid to know how to show respect to the National Anthem). Of course if it had been Sarah Palin who did that, the entire world would have known about it the next day.

My only point is - there is enough "real" stuff to be outraged about with this guy that it is counter productive when stuff gets made up. For example, I got another picture in email not long ago which claimed to show Barack and Michelle using their left hand over their heart during the National Anthem. This is the image in question:

This is in fact a very clever mirror image in which someone went to the trouble of adding rings to their "left" hands and changing the buttons on his jacket to make it look "correct." However, the creator of this hoax forgot one small detail. If you look at the Marine in the background, you will see that he is wearing his awards on the wrong side of his uniform. Oops! The one with Hillary and Richardson has video to back it up and as I said, had that been Bush or Palin, the media would have been all over it!

The expression of disgust on their faces wasn't photo-shopped. Wow! If looks could burn a flag....!

Please look at the expression on the faces of all the members of the Pallin family in post #11. See the contrast between their genuine love for their country and that of Obama and his wife in post #41.

What a contrast!

I agree. Let’s face it - they’re Marxists - why would they have anything but contempt for the National Anthem?

Personally, I doubt that Obama will run. Yes, he got away with being a non-natural born citizen once...but..I doubt he could do that TWICE!

Too many people now know about his birth certificate problems ( one poll it was 56% and another is 62%). Even the liberal/Marxists comedians are making nasty jokes about his birth certificate. In the courts of public opinion, Obama is FLUSHED! Big time!
