Charlie uses 'teabaggers' twice in under 1 minute....Rangel: "Teabaggers set the standards as to what you're going to fund and not fund, what taxes you're going to have and not have and so the best Republican is going to be which one is following the teabaggers and that's going to be a rough road to do"...A short clip of Rangel on Hardball

I don’t see ‘posting stolen videos and audio from other people’s blogs’ on the list....maybe I’m just missing it...
Oops, I meant other people’s sites, not just blogs...
The amazing thing is that, after a gazillion leftist goobers spout the term all over... Dems like Rangel still think it’s witty. Just another example of how Dems lead from the lowest common denominator.
How can you “steal” something that’s being given away? Blogging under Fair Use isn’t a new concept...despite the seminar posts by the Blogger Overlord’s minions on here the last few weeks.
Beautiful. Did you do that? Can I have it?
Attribution is required for posting material that is not one’s own.
“It’s obvious” is not a good excuse for plagiarism.
“It’s obvious” just means “I got caught.”
There is no excuse for the rude, uncouth allegations made by various Freepers on a Conservative, Family Oriented Website.
If you, or anyone else, have a complaint about some post on Free Republic make your case in a positive, well documented, well reasoned and polite manner with standard business English and adequate foundational material.
You "miss many things" and are apparently proud of your deficiencies.
As a consequence of behaviors such as yours it can be difficult for me to recommend Free Republic as a site friends and associates should visit.
See who the author is, and be sure to read it all.
I have also read this:

An amazing, cheerful, upbeat, well mannered thread, don't you think?
One that makes a person proud to associate with Free Republic.
Unlike so many threads in 2010.
Maybe next year will lead to more positive perspectives.

And I relink you to the thread I just relinked. Note the date, note the author, note the positive attitude of the thread participants, note the list upon list of blogs.

There is no bigger plague on the house of Free Republic than the uncouth, uninformed and witless troll posts originated by people who should know better.
"Believe it or not, once upon a time vanities were frowned upon by our participants. FRs original format was established to not only fight for liberty and against government abuse/corruption, etc, but to criticize the liberally biased mainstream media. Therefore our original format was to post from valid NEWS sources and government reports, etc, and to tear them down where deserved. Vanity posters were shunned (unless they were very good).
Then a few years ago the blogger craze started. At first, most of them were treated simply as vanities and were pulled or zotted on sight. Eventually some were accepted as valid material on FR. And soon the blogger wars commenced. To allow blogs or not to allow blogs was the question. Cant go blanket either way. Like it or not, some blogs are better than most others.
So, long story short, we created a special forum for blog posts. This was in lieu of simply deleting all blog posts. The theory was that as long as they were posted in the bloggers forum, those who didnt wish to read them could simply click on the news forum and they wouldnt see them. But, of course, as some blogs are definitely better than most others and some are much better than your typical mainstream news sources, we soon allowed certain blogs to be posted regularly to the news section.
This all worked more or less to a certain degree without too much friction until the non-commenting, short-excerpting, long-complaining blog pimp was born.
I have no complaint if a good conservative blogger posts his own material to FR, not as an excerpt to drive hits and discussion back to his blog, but rather to impart useful information to OUR readers and to promote and join in on the discussion and conservative activism HERE on FR.
If a blogger cant or refuses do that, and if he constantly complains or fights with our participants over it, then Id just as soon he doesnt post here. Its not my job to make his content or his presentation or cooperation acceptable to our readers. Thats his job. And if he cannot do it or refuses to do it and continues posting brief excerpts only and obviously attempting to draw away our participants while loudly complaining about it, then I have no sympathy for his complaints and the more apt I am to ban his account and blog..."

That was the announcement of the blog forum. Due to vile pimping, the link I posted was a clarification of what is acceptable and what is not on Free Republic. You say you have seen it, but did you read and understand it?
Blog pimp apologists such as yourself are either too stupid to understand the difference between a blogger and a blog pimp, or they pretend not to understand that difference as they defend the thieving business platforms of their blog-pimp buddies.
So which are you?

Furthermore, Im not big on rules. You wont see me posting rules for bloggers. The rules for bloggers on FR are the same as the rules for everyone else. If you are a good conservative activist and are willing to work with US on OUR goals and causes and not against US, then youre welcome to post to FR. But unless we say otherwise your blog material should be posted to our bloggers forum and it would be best if you do not excerpt your own material and if you would actually join in on the discussion here on FR. Were not really that interested in driving OUR traffic to YOUR blog. But if our readers see that you post useful information then they might start reading your site and thats fine by me.
Good grief. I had no idea Rangel was gay.
Mr. Robinson disliked blogs before he liked them and then he liked some blogs more than others but he is unwilling to post any clarification of any rules and seems content to let uncouth behavior dominate threads where the readers (usually numbering 6 or 7 comments) have NO complaint until the Freebeater Squad appears at which point the thread balloons into anywhere from 16 to upwards of hundreds comments mostly between two or three stalwart defenders of civilization and family values and a self selected posse of bored graffiti artists.
With the demise of the click counter Freepers cannot even objectively determine how many views these posts generate on Free Republic let alone "divert traffic" to other sites.
I venture to guess 25 to 50 would be large amount on a GOOD Day and most often much fewer than that.
I got sucked into this discussion because the one activity I quietly enjoyed for over a year FROM EXACTLY ONE BLOG somehow came to the attention of the Eye Of Mordor and all hell broke loose for absolutely NO REASON.
It may not be the world's greatest blog, but it certainly does not appear to be a malignant blog and I certainly did not deserve the attack I received because it interested me.
To sum up: you people troll around insignificant threads and stir up a tempest in a teapot to satisfy some inner deficiency of yours which accomplishes nothing but to give Free Republic a black eye and throw "the baby out with bathwater"
Sorry, these are not the behaviors I associate with a Family Oriented Conservative Website.
So I will give you this: I should probably not bother to spend any more time with this nonsense.
There are good people who contribute to this site.
I hope they do not find their reputations tarnished by actions of a few ignorant childish trolls who might even be classified as disruptor infiltrators.
