It was one of many reasons I canceled my subscription.

I actually know somebody who served on a couple of Episcopal committees with him. She said "It's all about Gene." Classic narcissist who believes the world revolves around his navel. Or a little south of there.
He has done more to destroy the Episcopal Church than any other individual . . . not that it wasn't doing a pretty good job of self-destruction without him, but the blame is spread around.
