Canned soup is the unhealthiest food you can buy - loded with processed salt, and lacking digestive enzymes.

Best foods for storage:

* Dry Beans - all types

* Solid canned meats from which to flavor your bean soups

* Dry greens mix from your health food store

* Cynara Artichoke hearts - in jar, not pickled

* Digestive enzyme capsules

* Sea salt or Hymalayan salt

* Canned corn

* Canoa grain

* Olive oil, Coconut oil

Got a bunch of those also. Soup has its uses. Working on getting a years worth of food by middle of this year.

I noticed that too.

I used to have Campbells Vegetable beef and chicken noodls around th house , but have recent passed on it.

The can got smaller and at $1.89 the small can just isnt worth it, plus something happened to the flavor.

I got a can of Chunky Sitloin and Vegetables the other day and it wasn’t fit to eat, Mystery meat in small chunks and damned little of it.
