The more the Dung Head Media is talking about this, the better!!!
Boehner answered quite sensibly and I particularly liked his last comment, after being asked if he would speak to the reps who want to investigate, he said, it’s not up to me to tell them what to think.
The heckler was probably a plant by NBC news!
He piled on the citizen, a woman. That’s the act of a bully.
They are representatives of the citizens, it’s only a sign of decency that a representative makes every effort to be respectful of a citizen, even when they disagree with what the citizen has to say. It was thoughtless bullying arrogance on his part.
He mocked her complaint. And her complaint is legitimate.
Was the italicized statement what Boehner said? If so, that’s disappointing.
The State of Hawaii CANNOT say where Obama was born, because the probative value of Obama’s BC can’t be determined until it is actually presented AS EVIDENCE, which would then make it subject to the standards for evidence required by the judicial or administrative person or body to whom it was presented.
Obama has wasted a lot of taxpayer money and forced a lot of people to spend a lot of their own money (like Lakin, who IIRC spent $800,000 of his own money) in the battle to allow the BC to be presented as evidence, with Obama refusing to let it be presented as evidence so its probative value could be determined.
Very disgusting becase according to the 20th Amendment Biden is supposed to “act as President” if/since Obama “failed to qualify” by Jan 20, 2009. Lakin spent $800,000 to help Obama be able to qualify as required by the 20th Amendment - when both Obama and the HDOH could have spared all that expense if Obama had signed a consent form and/or if the HDOH had merely obeyed their laws and rules.
Oh - and they sent Lakin to prison and took away his livelihood which over the course of what would have been the rest of his career would amount to millions.
Obama spit on a patriot’s offer of $800,000 to help him “qualify” - and threw the guy in jail and took away his livelihood.
My stomach wasn’t feeling the greatest before but just thinking about this makes it boil again.
The state level is the only hope of saving this nation. We’re NOT gonna get anything from the federal “servants” on this issue at least.

[Brian]Williams: Would you be willing to say, "This is a distraction, I've looked at it to my satisfaction. Let's move on"?
Their attacks will dry up his tears in no time.
I agree. John Boehner needs to be flooded with emails and phone calls.
Whether it’s a flood from a bunch of people or whether it’s one super-influential voice, Boehner needs to be told that the HDOH has indirectly confirmed that the “vital records verifying Obama was born in Hawaii” have been amended and are thus not legally valid.
If people flood Boehner’s office that is what they need to say to him. He needs to know that the HDOH has not and CAN NOT affirm that Obama was in fact born in Hawaii, because the records they have are not legally probative.
Critical, critical information for him to have. If he has that information and ignores it.... then he’s a pansy.
Boehner had the PERFECT chance to say:
"It would be easy enough to prove one way or another" and let it go at that.
The media would go wild and nobody would rest until it was solved. Missed opportunity for Boehner.
I’m with you. Boehner was already treated very disrespectfully today when he was holding a press conference. It amazes me how stupid and biased the media has become. They don’t even try to hide it anymore.
Don’t you remember they shouted Gingrich down so much he had to abandon his weekly news conferences? Yes, they will destroy you if you let them.
Boehner has nothing to do with the birther issue, and he should have lambasted Williams. As someone said they never ask Obama about Code Pink disruptors.
I'd even contribute to the RNC if he said that.
It might be good enough for Boehner, but it isn’t good enough for about 30 % of Americans.
What would it hurt to investigate, Mr. Boehner?
Are you frightened?
Lets put an end to this once and for all, where is that openness you have spoken of.
This is nothing compared to “The Gingrinch That Stole Christmas” stories that came out in ‘94. Peanuts.
It would be extremely foolish for Boehner to get involved in the birther thing.
It’s a borderline issue that will never be proven and no one will ever do anything about it.
I don’t think birthers are crazy. They may well be right, but I do think they’re wasting their time.
Boehner gave a good answer, although it would have been better if he’d smashed the guy in the mouth.
Good points!
