According to Tucson Blogger, Jared Loughner Is A Product Of Sheriff Dupnik’s Office

James Kelley, who blogs at The Cholla Jumps, recently published a post titled “Jared Loughner is a product of Sheriff Dupnik’s office” which consists of some pretty damaging information if found to be true.

It reads:

This is the report that Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik has been dreading since the tragic event on Saturday January 8.

The sheriff has been editorializing and politicizing the event since he took the podium to report on the incident. His blaming of radio personalities and bloggers is a pre-emptive strike because Mr. Dupnik knows this tragedy lays at his feet and his office. Six people died on his watch and he could have prevented it. He needs to step up and start apologizing to the families of the victims instead of spinning this event to serve his own political agenda.

Jared Loughner has been making death threats by phone to many people in Pima County including staff of Pima Community College, radio personalities and local bloggers. When Pima County Sheriff’s Office was informed, his deputies assured the victims that he was being well managed by the mental health system. It was also suggested that further pressing of charges would be unnecessary and probably cause more problems than it solved as Jared Loughner has a family member that works for Pima County. Amy Loughner is a Natural Resource specialist for the Pima County Parks and Recreation. My sympathies and my heart goes out to her and the rest of Mr. Loughner’s family. This tragedy must be tearing them up inside wondering if they had done the right things in trying to manage Jared’s obvious mental instability.

It is very possible, even probable, that one of the people this guy recently threatened was Gabrielle Gifford or her staff.

Given this monster’s press release which I read, having missed it, I thought the same thing.

I mean, when the _res__ent himself orders lawsuits against the State of Arizona, wouldn’t any two-bit criminal installed in law enforcement take this as green light?

Tucson government scene is quite liberal and pretty tight knit so it’s very probable. Or at least friend of a friend.

For sure this was no Tea Party family. You don’t get the kind of position momma has in Tucson spotted owlville unless you are the kind of person who has Raul Grijalva on speed dial on your sell phone.

I suspect that when all is said and one, it’s going to come out that this guy’s family is politically active and connected on the left, perhaps even on the hard, far left.

Correctamundo - the good Sheriff is by far the most conservative and rational member of the Pima County political scene in comparison to the norm.

Tucson politics are strange even by California standards, probably because the stakes are (usually) so low.

Congress always holds hearing after an event such as this. This time, republicans will be in charge of the hearings and will control the agenda. The sheriff might not be protected.

And their son acted on his perceived ‘projections’ of what needs to be done, per their branwashing him. I mean, really. 22-year-olds have no idea who Pelosi is.

This makes total sense. Keep the kid out of asylums, allow him to terrorize the community college such that his schoolmates are keeping seats close to the door out of fear, but have him on the Pima County Sheriff’s ‘do not arrest’ list.

It’s all in the family until... a Federak judge gets whacked.

All the above could be explained as all politics is local.. until Judge Roll.

That’s a lawsuit that needs to be filed. Those documents need to be secured by subpoena. Those people are victims of a state, a sheriff’s office, that is more interested in taxing speeders than protecting women, children and the elderly from violent psychopaths, both foreign and domestic.

I found some old news articles in the news.google.com archives from a few years ago and at that time Amy Loughner was said to be a park manager.

Typical county politics. When I worked for a local county I quit in disgust and they replaced me with a guy from the parks depart ment. He was literally mowing lawns on Friday and programming computers on Monday (I had to show him how to turn on the computer)
