Skip to comments.Cenk's F-word Variant Drags MSNBC To Vulgar New Low
Posted on 01/26/2011 4:54:23 PM PST by governsleastgovernsbest
It's enough to make you miss Ed Schultz's elegant, elevated tone. OK, I jest, but Cenk Uygur, usurper of Schultz's 6 PM ET slot, hit a vulgar new low on MSNBC this evening. The self-styled 'Young Turk' used a variation of the f-word in fulminating about Paul Ryan's response to the SOTU.
Watch the video after the jump and note that Ugyur's crassness came during prepared remarks, not in an off-the-cuff comment. This was profanity with malice aforethought. Some poor under-assistant producer had to upload it into Cenk's teleprompter.
For good measure, a Dem congresswoman thereupon called Ryan's remarks "vicious." Welcome to the new age of civility!

Classy! Schultz replacement Cenk Ugyur uses f-word variant to rap Paul Ryan. Ping to Today show list.
WTF? (What The Frack?)
What happened to Sgt. Schultz?
Not just another pretty face, I see...
What kind of variant? A noun, verb, adjective, ...?
Did their viewer see it?
A frickin’ euphemistic variant.
It also looks like an undertaker applied his makeup, did they use spackle?
BTW, Cenk was a JournoList reject. He wasn’t invited to join the Klein Klub. Boo, hoo!
Who knew Rosie O’Donnell was at MSDNC? In a suit, no less.
Another rude, crude and socially unacceptable MSNBC host.
Fits right in with the current crop of liberal fatheads.
I still think that sounds like something a proctologist removes from a colon.
Please watch my show!
Here, I’ll cuss for you...
Schultz got bumped to 10 PM ET.
I’m not feeling the love.
It’s become quite obvious that MSDNC thinks they have a stable, solid third place in the cable ratings as the go-to hardcore leftist channel. They think they can sustain their business by serving red meat to the lib audience.
Time will tell if they really do have a solid if unspectacular market niche. In the meantime, you can count on them to get ever more grotesque.
Civility is something that is conducted when Republicans bend over and grab their ankles.
Republican Senators are known to be especially proficient at this because they do it so frequently.
Naaah,he had gone to the kitchen for a snack.
Good, we need these types out there. Obby will be missed.
The filthier they get the better we look.
Civility in discourse for thee, but not for me...
la, de, dah, Midnight Express, la de da, Turks are pigs.....
That fits with the MTV shows that are being aired and the attacks on conservatives after the Griffins shooting. They are trying to coarsen the society quickly to combat any moral objections.
Humm, a slimy liberal democRAT drops an F-Bomb variant on national T.V. Lets see, in other hard hitting news, the sun is expected to rise in the east tomorrow morning and water will remain wet throughout most of the day. Back to Jane. . . you slut!
Tomorrow, green with bolts in his neck
Is there no one on MSNBC who is educated?
Or even professional?
“Not just another pretty face, I see...”
They ARE the anti-Fox, after all.
This fellow that muddies the News section at YouTube with left wing vile 24/7. If I could ask for a feature most wanted at YouTube, it would be a block poster option, and this jerk would be at the top of the list.
Vitriol! There’s no place for this in civil American, Gluk Boogyer! Sounds like a character in a Star Wars movie. You friggin idiot!
He looks like a hit man.
theres more important things to worry about than a guy using the word fricking.
What is wrong with that guy??
He looks like he’s not even human!
as if we don’t have enough homegrown leftwing vermin. Now we have to import them from Turkey.
Much like the current administration under bambi....MSNBC is amateur hour.
LOL. Place your bets. One month? 90 days? It ain’t gonna take six months.
Isn’t this a common term used by Gov. Palin on her TLC program?
I checked my facts & I stand corrected. She used the term “flippin’ fun” instead. Having said that, both terms are unprofessional.
I have a question about the new motto of MSNBC which they display all the time, i.e., Bend Forward.
My proctologist uses this phrase every time he does the digital exam on me. Is MSNBC inferring they want to shove something up you?
I knew a Turk once, he was a pretty cool guy, but this was in the eighties.
What the heck is a “Cenk”.
Sounds like some sort of tropical parasite.
See #40...it’s just something she needs to fix - so as not to give her critics more ground.
Big deal. I’ve said a lot worse against Obama. I’m not civil. I don’t care.
OK we may have different ideas of decorum. My slight tweak was, whether you were wrapping a criticism of Ms. Palin inside a “concern”. Because that happens a LOT.
How about could I ask you this?
When she said that, was she on the job at FNC? In a television studio? In an official capacity, acting as a representative of her employer?
Or in Alaska face to face with grizzly bears and being a real person?
Because even my sister says “flipping”, and you best not be insulting my sister... :)
Hey, I guess he's been watching too much "Battlestar Galactica". I think they started it. ;o)
I presume your sister isn’t a potential presidential candidate & in the public eye.
It’s something Gov. Palin needs to change - nothing a voice & diction coach couldn’t help with. It could lead to “The Queen’s Speech” delivered at a critical time in our near future.
