M110 SARS (semi-auto-sniper-rifle-system), or whatever the USMC calls it. Armalite AR10, 20 inch barrel with a suppressor in 7.62 NATO, probably using M118 LR ammo or M852 Match (both w/175 grain seirra match king BTHP at about 2550 fs.
