“humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes”
___________________________________________

Maybe you need to know that I am an American veteran...

I became an American while serving during Nam...

and I do not agree that illegal aliens are desparate to serve in the US military...

For one they would not qualify...

for another they dont come here to love and serve our country...

and for another there are no court cases where any illegal alien ever sued because he or she was refused entry into a branch of service because of their lack of proper immigration status.....

and dont think they would not sue...

They sue at rhe drop of a hat...

She has lived here since she was a child and you feel it would be a reasonable thing for her to go turn her self in and ask for a once way ticket to Mexico a country she has never been to since she was a baby.

Do you feel that is the reasonable and right thing for her to do? Let me ask this then, if and you are not, but if you were in her shoes is that what you would do? I know you are not, but just let me know.
_______________________________________

If you know anything about REAL immigrants you would not have had to ask that...

SOOOOOOOOOOOO

The answer is YES...

I have already proved that by all the oaths I took and the documents I signed to come here...

They all point to YES I would do what is right...

I have already done so...

NEXT ???

Mind reading and wrong

I “feel it would be a reasonable thing for her to go turn her self in and (buy herself) a one way ticket to Mexico”

Why should I pay for her ticket ???

Then it should not be too big a difficulty for you to also see that this woman can go back where she come from and apply to jump through those “not that big” hoops for herself...

JOLLA I gather from this thread, most here feel only humanity towards their own, not towards others.

OH PLEASE-----THAT WORKS BOTH WAYS.

THE FACTS ARE THESE By their very presence, illegals evince an utter contempt for America, Americans and our laws.

These people want privileges ....not just rights.

We do not need, nor do we want on US soil, those who are all too willing to destroy Western civilization, and our democracy, for their own self-serving ends.

Here since she was six? Wonder how many identities she has?

RIDING THE US GRAVY TRAIN---THE ILLEGAL SAGA An illegal alien w/ wife and five children violates our borders. He gets a job mowing loans for $5.00 or 6.00/hour. At that low wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, so each year, he files an Income Tax Return to get "EITC---earned income credit" of up to $3,200 scot-free.

He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent. He qualifies for food stamps and no deductible, no co-pay free health care. His children get free school breakfasts and lunches.

The kids qualify for monthly SSI checks, faking ADD; the illegal and his wife get SSI if they fake being aged, blind or disabled; SSI qualifies them for Medicare.

Plus illegals don't worry about pricey items like car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance, and qualifies for relief from high energy bills.

ALL OF THAT IS COLLECTED WITH JUST ONE IDENTITY Evidence shows illegals establish several identities with phony SS nos and fake documents (which these "poor immigrants" buy from document brokers for several thousand dollars).

I, too, grew up with “these people,” and I lived in Mexico for several years. I always think it is interesting to ask people who support open borders how many more people they think we should allow to immigrate here. The population of Mexico is 111 million. Last year, the Pew Hispanic Institute, a research organization, polled Mexicans and reported that one third of them want to immigrate to the US. That would be about 40 million more uneducated, poverty-stricken Mexicans entering our country; 10 percent of the Mexican population already has immigrated here. So my question for you is, how many more Mexicans do you think we should allow to immigrate here out of the goodness of our hearts? How many do you think we can we absorb and pay for? What percentage of that 40 million would you admit?

“Because I gather from this thread, most here do not, they feel only humanity towards their own not towards others.”

.....their own??? Just what does ‘their own’ mean to you?

‘My own’...to me means LEGAL, not color, country of origin, or all those other ‘their own’ nonsense. When we stop welcoming anyone and everyone even when they’ve broken our laws, we’ll stop having these senseless arguments.

Now, how about you? Do you feel humanity toward anyone but ‘your own’? Or just sympathy toward your precious hispanic illegal aliens? Strange to many of us that you would identify with them instead of your fellow Americans.

There are 50,000 illegal Irish living in this country, demanding the same trashing of our laws and ignore our sovereignty. They need to pack up their blarney butts and go home with the MILLIONS of ‘hispanics’ breaking the same laws.

The rule of law, respect for our sovereignty is what binds us, not race as you would seem to prefer.

To these hyphenates (loyal ONLY to THEIR homeland), preserving one’s culture is fine...............

However, white Western civilization MUST be destroyed and is deemed inimical to their survival on US soil.

Hard cases make bad law.

Also, this situation is an unintended consequence of Plyler v. Doe. Had the court not decided that case the way it did, this woman would never have been in this situation.

I know what you’re saying. Back in the early 80s even, illegals *ran* when they saw a border patrolman. Today, they brazenly stand there and shoot our “BLANK-ing Border Patrol.”

WHen did it change? I don’t really know. I know for me, it changed on October 31st, 1994, while living in Yuma, Arizona. Within the first hour of opening my door to trick-or-treaters, I had to close it and make an attempt to back out of my driveway to make an unexpected run to the store for some more candy. I think I went through seven jumbo bags of candy. It was obscene. There were lines at my front door. Young mothers wearing crazy makeup or a mask, pushing infants in strollers, holding out two trick-or-treat bags. I’d ask them, “What are you supposed to be?” The only replies I received were “no ingles,” & “I don no.”

Driving up my street was like driving through a county fair. Where did all these people come from?? Kids and adults were everywhere!

Once I made it to the top of my street, I had my answer - a long line of Mexican busses stood idling. I couldn’t believe it.

That’s when I realized we were dealing with an entitlement culture, using their children to steal from the American system.

That’s when I realized things had changed.

I understand completely.

I noticed the change a few years after Jimmuh Carter changed the INS process. He changed the concept. To Jimmuh, being in the country illegally wasn't “illegal” therefore the local police (of one I was a member of at that time) were not permitted to arrest them. This was late in Jimmuh’s presidency, so, the affect took places about the time you noticed it, too.

Back in the day the illegals would run from the police, as they KNEW they would be arrested—on sight.

Not anymore.

The local police can't arrest unless they break a law in their presence.

Controlling illegal alien invasion is easy: Just allow the local police to arrest illegals and soon the word would get out and the numbers of illegals would drop and they would, again, sneak back into the shadows, not insisting their language and oh-so-celebrated culture be worshiped.
