” Problem is, can you imagine the racial wars and riots that would take place in this country? “

can’t ever get anything done without doing something to get it started

Problem is, can you imagine the racial wars and riots that would take place in this country? The Republicans would be held responsible. It is almost an impossible situation for them.

That was the implicit threat if he wasn't elected in the first place. Are those threats set to lessen or increase with time? It's either bite the bullet now, or just slowly and painfully fade away and die later.

Well, FRiend, the Impeachment can have more than one Count.

Article III, Section 3, Paragraph 1, of the Constitution of the United States:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them,
or, in adhering to their Enemies, giving them aid and comfort.
"

The "aid and comfort" prong of treason has been interpreted
by SCOTUS as requiring proof of four elements:
1. an intent to betray the United States (which can be inferred from);
2. an overt act;
3. witnessed by two people; and
4. that provides aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States.

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious.
But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.
But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.
For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.
He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.
A murderer is less to be feared."

-- Marcus Tullius Cicero

This is just what the RinoCrats want...the perfect Constitutional wedge. they’d love to use a “race card” collectively to nail proponents of Constitutional Government.

They've already been using the race card, pulling it left, right, and center. The card is frayed, faded, and torn, and fewer and fewer people pay it any attention. And that's because that hound doesn't hunt.

You might want to check he US criminal codes before making such an all reaching statement. Civil and criminal actions can overlap. Time to mop the deck.

The much more common civil contempt (which is what the judge ordered for the Obama administration) is not a crime

So, if it's not a crime, why shouldn't everybody disregard court rulings?

Proving once again that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. I forgot your special gift for that. Thanks for reminding me.

Once again sport, criminal contempt is a charge. A civil contempt is a finding. The federal judge in this case found the Obama administration in civil contempt.

Your entitled to your own opinion, but you're not entitled to your own facts.

How do you enforce the contempt citation? I think you have to arrest someone - The Secretary of the Interior? Who will do that?

I don’t think it will ever be enforced.

Any time a leader chooses to ignore the rule of law and the courts, he becomes a dictator.

Obama is now officially a dictator.

It's a black thing, don'cha'no?

Not with an attitude like that it won't. What are people doing on this site, just blowing off steam, crying into beers? 'Wait for 2012': what's to say it won't be in 2013 that people are saying how horrible things are, how much he's betrayed and continues to betray, but that 'he's limited to two terms; let's focus on getting a viable candidate for 2016'?

Well, keep in mind that civil contempt, while not a crime, can carry with it significant penalty, including fines and jail.

Remember Judy Miller of the NYTs? She was found to be in civil contempt by a federal judge and sat in jail for a number of months because she wouldn't reveal her sources. There is an attorney in PA who sat in jail for over 10-years because he didn't comply with the order of the court.

That is why people don't disregard court orders.

Damn the riots....full steam ahead!

Personally, if that’s what we have to go through to get rid of this bum, then so be it. Consider it a national penance for allowing such a thing as his election to happen in this great nation. So don’t let your fear dissuade what needs to be done, regardless of the consequences from the entitlement-mentality classes.

Am I scared? NO. The only thing I fear is the Rach Three ;-)
