Been predicting chocolate will be as expensive as caviar for six years and hasn’t been right yet, huh? Hmmm, doesn’t seem like the dude’s track record is so hot, right? I modified it slightly, used sweet baker’s chocolate and used 6 little segments. The size of the blocks are different between sweet and semi-sweet.
Thought about making another batch and replacing the vanilla with a tablespoon of port wine. It would work the same, but taste a bit different.
I would have used some pecans, but I had not shelled them before hand.

Two things that make life more than bearable(to me anyway) and are indispensable are chocolate and cheese. Here in California we seem to go more for fruits and nuts.
