I am smelling ozone and the hairs on my arms just stood up.
The words I would like to use would probably get me banned so I will just say that these sand_______ will eventually get theirs. To all the liberal women out there, please realize in the muslim world, you are considered uncovered meat.
Does this behavior of muslim men surprise anyone?
Tell me again how multiculturalism is great and how diversity is strength.
Tell me again why we need the Patriot Act rather than a radical overhaul of our immigration policy.
You get the government you deserve.
At least the poetic justice will be amusing. They will come to understand the choice "brothel or the burkah".
Don't forget to ask them about how bad the patriarchy of the dead white Christian men was.
The liberal women will deserve it.
I wonder if Lara has a different opinion of Arabs and Islam now?
Now wait a second — the fact that her attackers, and the 9/11 mass-murderers, were Arab Moslems isn’t important. It’s only important that some earlier beatings of reporters in Egypt were by Mubarak supporters. Thanks Masti.
Don’t forget that now she has brought shame upon her family and must be stoned.
This is what one should expect from primitive tribal savages like many of the different Arab, Bedouin, Persian, Hashemite, and other tribes are and have been for centuries.
This is why expecting these people to embrace Democracy in any form is pure fantasy, and explains why they are comfortable with being lead for decades by one “Strong Man”, whether it is Hosni Mubarak, Hafez al Assad or his son Bashir, The Hashemite King of Jordan, the Taliban, any of the inhabitants of most of The ‘Stans or the entire House of Saud.
None of them fundamentally respects women, and never in a million years will their religion change to embrace women as human beings either.
Right. Liberalism -unfortunately- didn’t save Daniel Pearl (murderd in Pakistan), Tom Fox (peace activist that went to Iraq), nor Andersen Cooper in Egypt...
Yes, blaming the victim is very much an Arab-Muslim culture [sad] thing.
The ‘200 men’ who got her were no different than the next group of 200 men thirty feet away - or thirty feet from them... Anywhere in that mob - it would have been the same.
I couldn't have said it better, hey. Mubarak-supporters has an anti-American bashing component, which (this self-hatred) drives much of liberal media.
Islam is the most bigoted “religion” on earth. They literally believe that they can murder any non-Muslim and rape any woman who isn’t protected by an armed male and get away with it. And in many Muslims nations, they can!
Western media reporting to us across the nation has yet to use the word “rape”. There is a difference, in my understanding, between “sexual assault” and rape. Even in the courts and media there is a difference.
There is plenty of implication developing that really needs to be cleared up. There is still no report as to how long Lara was in their hands, before help came.
The question the “brotherhood” can’t answer
Lara Logan, CBS Reporter and Warzone 'It Girl,' Raped Repeatedly Amid Egypt Celebration
By Simone Wilson, Wed., Feb. 16 2011 http://blogs.laweekly.com/informer/2011/02/lara_logan_raped_egypt_reporte.php
‘Freewill’ interesting article.
Muslim women aren’t much better.I remember them celebrating and handing out candy to the kids on 9/11.
I think brutal and sustained sexual assault is pretty clear.
They could have said gang-raped but they went with more antiseptic terminology.
BTW, does anyone buy the saved by a group of women story? I think they threw that in there to make things look better. I can’t imagine a group of Egyptian women stopping a mass gang-rape. In any event, maybe at some point after the guys exhausted themselves they stepped in but it seems like quite a bit took place before any intervention occured.
Also note the lack of reporting on the anti-semitic angle.
Also, I know this is somewhat off-topic a situation like this shows imho a place for emergency contraception. Haven’t seen that aspect discussed.
