I hope the state is providing free access to computers with help using google maps and google earth so that underprivileged criminals aren’t disadvantaged.
And what about access to alarm company databases, and passwords and keycodes? Shouldn’t those all be made public too?

I submit that would be everyone in the state, except the felons. It would be a considerably shorter list to name everyone who was NOT authorized to own a gun.
Hopefully the Illinois State Police commandant has more than an ounce of sense in his head and will politely refuse this idiot’s “request”.

Of course, you are correct. The “plain reading” of the constitution “authorizes” the people to keep and bear arms.
That is, unless we all missed the “between the line reading” of the constitution that says: “...the right of the people [who are authorized by the government] to keep and bear arms”.
