ok there....Based on the limited evidence in the planning department at Wasilla City Hall, the building’s footprint alone is 6,000 square feet, but much of it is two stories. Various sources have said the project includes a television studio (Fox News, [Sarah Palin’s father Chuck] Heath said), apartments for Mr. Palin or the Palins’ older children (Bristol Palin, 19, has said, however, that she is living on her own with Tripp and paying her own bills with the help of handsome speaking fees) and a well-appointed office for Ms. Palin.
Please...., it doesn’t matter how many people didn’t see that video, if this is just a sample of things to come in a future campaign then it will surely frighten her opponents and make many people see that she can definitly win ( many people on here saw the video and changed their minds about her positively) -—nobody can do an hour long talk like that with ease.
She a star, meaning that if she does this type of talk in let’s say Iowa for example, I’m sure that at least one local network will carry that feed and Sarah will have that posted on her campaign site and I bet you that Fox or even CNN will do live feed in every now and then——— when the campaign season starts the average person who is thinking about voting starts to really pay attention and those in the media with their narratives will start to collapse......when people actually see Sarah for themselves, that’s when they lose.

$40K for a 2 story wood structure? Sure can. I am assuming that it is hollow at that price. Originally I figured $250K all dressed out. What you cite is pure speculation. We don’t even know if all these other things are in their other than what we saw on the program.

Lazlo, everybody knows that Romney is stuck on 20% since 2006. If there’s 12 candidates, Romney has 20%. If it’s Palin vs. Romney, then he gets 20%. If he gets the GOP nomination, Obama gets 42%; a Conservative gets 38% and Romney gets 20%.

Yeah my brother-in-law is a general contractor I have worked in the field. You are simply talking out of you as^
at 40k that is about $6.5 a sq ft. that my friend is living in fantasy land. Avg cost of construction is $70 to $215 sq ft.
Taking the low avg you are looking at around 420k not your absurb 40k
Everything in Alaska costs much more than in the states ('cept maybe King Crab and Halibut). When I was there, a gallon of milk, for instance, was at least double the price in the lower 48. This could have a bearing on the cost.
Also, I think the lake in the background is Lucile Lake.(googled Wasilla, AK). I lived in Spenard (suburb of Anchorage) and played on the Little League All-Stars (still have the windbreaker with the name printed on the back). The closest I ever came to Wasilla was Moose Run Golf Course with my dad- near Fort Richardson.
Tough course (for a sixth grader) especially when a golfer got between a calf and it's mother as she charged him from the thick brush lining the course. 800 lbs. of pissed-off mama moose chased the guy who was waving an iron behind him until she gave up and went back to her calf. Wild. Lots of earthquakes too.
In one of the sp Alaska episodes it shows her in that studio getting ready to do the live shot and you can see the window right behind her.
At first I thought she was strongly hinting at running. Now, I'm not so sure. But SHE HAS TO RUN!

Also she needs to start heading into the the office to give interviews. The sitting on her porch interviews are becoming tiresome. If she is running for President it is time to raise the bar and do “one on one” interviews. If not she does not deserve to be President.”
She is not running YET. Sarah has always displayed her pride in promotion of Alaska. She promised her constituants during her resignation speech. Also, the scene behind her is through a large window in their TV studio.
