I hope everyone read the entire article, including the phone conversation. It's Kafka-esque.

Judge Napolitano has got his neck stretched waaay out on this issue and it's going to get chopped off. His rant yesterday on the Fox buisness channel ripped our military to shreds (for repeatedly "torturing Manning")........and I don't like it one bit.

The entire article has to be read to understand why I'm calling the judge out on his calumny and attempts to cause division between us and our military.
